All time favourite place. Its such a huge blessing to have halal nandos here.
And thanks to Jasmine, her service made our experience absolutely outstanding. She was friendly, patient and attentive and made our visit special.

The worst branch of Nando’s I have ever visited in ontario, worst customer service, quality and test of the food

We ordered the Full Platter with Piri Mac and Coleslaw. The food was great and the ambiance was nice with vibrant decor. The server brought warmed plates to our table which was a nice touch.
However, an incidence happened near the end of the meal that clouded our experience. A staff member abruptly interrupted our conversation to asked us to give the restaurant a Google review. I said “Sure” and before I could say anything else she hounded “Could you do it right now?” in a very demanding tone. She also remained at the table to make sure we opened up Google Maps and have started giving a review. So here I am writing this instead of finishing my food.
The whole interaction left a bad taste in my mouth. Customers are not required to give you a good review so please do not order your staff to disrupt their experience so you could boast 5k+ of 4+ ⭐️ review. I don’t blame the staff because I know the request didn’t come from her.

Food was great, very fast service. Staff were very professional and polite. Thanks to gurpreet for helping us with the order.

The delivery went smoothly as I ordered at noon for a 3pm delivery. Driver was able to deliver within a reasonable time frame. I ordered chicken, fries, wedges and rice which was all very delicious. Would order again.

Nandos provide excellent service and their food tasted amazing! Not only that, but all the employees were kind and accommodating. Will be going back there again sometime soon!
