The service here is horrible, expect to wait in line for over 20 minutes. Management should do a better job of organizing the lines so that one line is dedicated only for those who need to quickly grab their sleeves and leave, and other lines for those who need more time tasting coffee and deciding. And when I decide to speak up to complain about a very valid annoyance the staff want to act like I’m the one being unreasonable. Ridiculous lack of customer service and extremely unorganized store with slow staff. Makes no sense having 1 person cashing people out and 5 staff members serving coffee.. unbelievable. Looks like there have been plenty of similar reviews left in the past but clearly management doesn’t care to listen to their customers and implement changes.

Interacting with the staff was like taking to someone that was half asleep, after waiting in line for to enter the store it became apparent the wait was secondary to the slow pace of the staff. There was a staff member that was literally yawning while standing at the back of the store waiting at the pod pick up area. A few people actually left the store/ line because there was little guidance on the purchasing process and the staff didn’t have the courtesy to explain there’s an in person ordering process. I purchased 8 sleeves of coffee and had questions about the new holiday flavours, we asked the associate more about the pod/ coffee flavour, he wasn’t able to describe it, nor had the courtesy to offer a sample. Very disappointing experience and service considering the product is relatively expensive.

The representative helping me was disrespectful and very lack luster with her job responsibilities. She was yawning in my face throughout our conversation. She offered the new cinnamon and tamarind coffee for me to try before purchasing but then walked around the store for 10 minutes before coming back with a cup of coffee. She didnt even inquire if I need any recycling bags. I ended up purchasing the new seasonal variety but the service was impersonal and overall a negative customer experience.

Nice store and the European store style layout makes discovery interesting compared to Sherway, however the consumer journey is very very very awkward here with no signage, nor employee guidance to help the flow.

Due to cashiers also handling sampling and the odd store layout, shoppers are forced to line up outside the door to simply buy pods, without any wayfinding to even direct shoppers where to line up leading to people standing at the door.

Never had any issue like this with Nespresso stores in Europe with the same layout, simply just walked up to a free counter. Moreover, there should be separate staff working the sampling to reduce crowding and backlogs in line.

Extremely poor experience. I came here and there was a huge line up. A lot of the people in the line wanted to drink coffee. I just wanted to buy my flavours and be on my way. Such a waste of time. There should be an express line for people who want to buy quick.

I was so happy with my experience with Ed! I am new to the Nespresso world and he took his time to explain the different flavourings, the models and I had the chance to actually try the different espresso flavours!! He is very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I was thoroughly pleased with my experience, I will be coming again and again!

Every time I visit this store there are always long queues here. No one tries to help. There are a lot of employees who just walk around and don’t even care about customers.

Hands down, this is the worst Nespresso location I’ve ever been to in terms of staff—and it’s a constant issue. One person was handling cash and sales while another just sat at the coffee bar doing nothing. Neither of them acknowledged us when we arrived, so we ended up leaving. For a brand that prides itself on luxury coffee experiences, the lack of basic customer service is shocking. I won’t be back.

The wife and I came into this location to pick up some sleeves of espresso when we arrive. There was only one person working sales and one person making an espresso for another customer. We waited there for 10 minutes without even being greeted while the employee discussed world issues with this customer instead of dealing with us while the customer tries their espresso.

Let’s just say after 10 minutes of waiting without being acknowledged we decided to leave with no coffee.

We have been trying to phase out of using Nespresso pods as the customer service is constantly going down as the prices are constantly going up.
