We were greeted with a very warm welcome that was genuine and warm. We were looking for a particular coffee machine and the shop assistant knew exactly which one we wanted. They had 1 left, we explained that we’ve only just emigrated and are moving the next day into our new home. We were gifted a sleeve of pods and tote bags as a welcome to Canada.Great service, lovely atmosphere in the store and a very pleasant shopping experience all round.

I really enjoyed the café/workplace atmosphere as well as the consideration of the staff. One staff member I'd really like to thank is Victoria. On Saturday we did shopping at Nespresso store. We had excellent customer service with Mikey. He did great job with smile on his face. We were impressed with his customer service.

The staff need to be trained on customer service skills particularly the brown skinned girl with curly hair and glasses. She made me wait 20 minutes before checking me out because she was too busy making another customer coffee even though she saw me waiting for soo long. She even rolled her eyes at me.
