Great food: Had the vegetarian fries which was amazing. The way they made the fries were warms, had great flavors, right portions for a large poutine. Sour Cream sauce was amazing and went well with the fries. The fries were nice and warm and is great for two people since I got the large size.Service was great as well, the cashier was nice and friendly, the cook was great did not rushed it, they both made sure to add the right amount of everything on the poutine.

Whenever I'm at Erin Mills Town Centre with my friends and we pop by the food court, I always make sure to come to New York Fries. The fries are incredible and the employees are AMAZING! The customer service is great here! I will definitely keep recommending NYF whenever I get the chance.

Unlike many other places and fast food locations where customer service tends to be lacking and the staff can be quiet rude, th se guys are a refreshing exception. Their level of care and compassion towards their customers is truly outstanding. I've been a regular customer at this location for years now and it's evident that they treat you like family. I've never encountered employees at any fast food restaurant as genuinely nice and welcoming as these guys.
