I've been to the Asian grocery store in this plaza called BTrust many times and saw this restaurant but never been in until I searched for hand pulled noodles on Google and this restaurant popped up. There were some mixed reviews which made me hesitant. But my love for noodles took over. So we decided to try it and form our own opinion. So glad we went ! When you walk in there's a gentleman making fresh noodles. So this place has to be good!Modern and clean restaurant. Service was great, the server explained each item to us and the food came super fast. We decided to get 2 types of noodles soup to share since the bowls are huge for $11.99!! We got the mild sliced noodles with beef and the spicy ramen braised beef noodles. The broth for both soup were amazing, so flavourful. We loved the spicy chilli oil at the table and almost used up the whole jar.Our conclusion was that we liked the braised beef better than the sliced beef. The braised beef was so tender and the sliced noodles were thick and chewy. The fresh ramen noodles were great as well but we love thick noodles in general as a preference. We also love the spicy broth, it's not too spicy we had to add more chilli oil.For the bbq dishes we got the lamb skewers and the spicy squid tentacles. The cumin spices were so flavourful and tasty. Grilled to perfection!What a nice surprise, so happy we decided to try this place! It'll be my go to hand pull noodle place to satisfy that craving!!Prices are great for the portion.FYI- they only accept cash or debit no credit cards. Must try and highly recommend!

My family's go-to hand pulled noodle resto in Mississauga. Affordable, quick service, delicious. I can't find skewers in this area as good as they do them here. Hand pulled noodles can't be beat; the texture is perfectly chewy and we prefer the dry over wet usually. We've also had the house special hotpot with tripe which is my fav dish. The squid tentacles were so good. Atmosphere is very chill, mostly other asian families. Definitely a must try for northern Chinese food.

Portions are very filling! They give a lot of noodles with your order~ I had to take some home because I couldn’t finish. The soup was delicious and packed with flavour~ The lamb and beef kebabs had a great cumin flavour and had a bit of fatty meat that wasn’t overbearingly greasy. Will definitely come by again ^^

Heard about their skewers which are supposed to be excellent and yes they were good Walked in here to try their skewers as they are good As we walked in there was no one even to seat us so we made ourselves comfortable Their was only one server serving a lot of tables Ordered pork pepper with a beef ramen and lamb skewers The pork was fine Didn’t like the beef ramen couldn’t eat it at all with big pieces of rare beef so we left it as is Had the pork and the lamb skewers were fine too The food is okay not too good but the skewers were good The servers are so overworked that they don’t even know of your existence This place is a special for skewers so next time will only order them

The soup noodle feels like watered down soup, I swear the broth used to be flavourful but now it feels very watered down. Honestly giving it 2 star for the only good dish left which is the lamb skewers but they are 7.99 for 4 and they are not that big.

Cash discount 10% is offered on both dine in/out. Delicious hand pulled noodles that are extremely long. I like the hot and sour (Mala) pulled chicken, sesame beef pancake, lamb skewer, beef skewer, chicken wings, korean cabbage, shredded cold potato, and fried rice. Service is quick and prompt!

Prices were fine for what they served. Expect typical below average robotic service... The dishes we tried were 1) hand pulled noodles with beef 2) sliced noodles with beef 3) clear noodles with sesame sauce (cold appetizer) 4) beef pancake 5) pigs ears. The portion sizes were ok but i found only a couple of slices of beef in the noodle soup and pancake. My favourite was 3), the cold appetizer with sesame sauce... highly recommend!

Restaurant is clean, didn’t have to wait long, food amount is ok. The reasons for three stars are - food taste is about bland, customer service is below Canadian standard and we had to wait 30 mins for food. Also, our table sat six, and we were 4. They assigned other two chairs to strangers, which is not super uncommon in a busy area, but they didn’t ask for our permission. For four people, we paid 50, 4 dishes. June 2021 Update: Because of Pandemic, we can only take out food, so we went this weekend to try this restaurant again. Unfortunately, the food quality was really bad. The portion given for the money spent, was not a good ratio. Food tasted bland, missing out the taste which drew us to this place three years back. Reducing the rating to 1 star now.
