Looks nice enough but it's dirty. We pulled back the sheets and the mattress cover was reallllly stained. We moved to another room and same thing. There was also hair in the washroom and on the sheets. Not thoroughly cleaned

Had my father in law lodged here for 2 weeks and have to share he was very happy with staff and the hotel conditions were fine too.

A very comfortable environment, with good room service. I greatly appreciated not only the gym, but the Starbucks in the lobby. What I didn't like was the lack of microwave, and I really didn't like the French doors to the bathroom having a inch wide gap. But otherwise I had a comfortable stay.

I recently stayed at Novatel hotel Mississauga for a work conference. My room was great; however I had extreme food poisoning from the restaurant downstairs. The front desk agent at the hotel was not very concerned with this, did nothing to discount my food and did not seem concerned over the matter what so ever. This experience made me feel extremely uncomfortable, unacknowledged and was just overall BAD customer service.

Stayed here for two weeks while on a business trip. My company held training session in the hotel conference room. Too much construction was going on which interfered with the training several times. Rooms were clean but not too spacious. Heater was very loud. My room had neither microwave nor a drinking water tap. Drinking water was not even available on floor. Every time I needed some water, I had to go down one floor to get it. Washrooms were nice but the shower had two sliding door with a huge gap between them which made water came out from the shower thus flooding the floor. My stay was for two weeks and I was given 3.3 ml toothpaste. Upon asking for a bigger one, front desk informed me that they only keep toothpaste for guest emergencies and suggested that I should buy my own if I am staying longer. Although parking was included in my room charge since the day I checked in, "SAIF" at the front desk told me that parking was not covered upon my checking out. I requested him to check again, so he started arguing and went inside a room. After making me wait for a while, he came back and and told me that he would make an exception ONLY for me and will not charge for the parking. The front desk staff need to be trained on how the customer service works. Too pricey hotel for too ordinary services. I would have checked out earlier if my training was not organized in this hotel. On the bright side, food was very good plus there was a star bucks shop inside the hotel so it helped.

Dates of visit: Oct 9 - 12th We ate several meals in the hotel restaurant. They have a decent breakfast buffet for hotel guests and others. The price is a bit expensive for a hotel buffet. IT is over $20 per person. The dinner meals - burgers, sandwiches, wraps, and more are all very decent. The prices are better for dinner. Ranging around the $18 - $20 mark. The one thing about this place that needs to be mentioned is that the Service is Exceptional. Often times the servers were under staffed, but they always managed our large groups really well, as well as the many other tables spread out throughout the restaurant.

This restaurant has great food and service. It actually seems a little more upscale than the hotel itself which was a pleasant surprise.

We stayed there for 2 nights during our visit to Toronto. We had good experience, great place to stay. Lots of nice restaurants around. I would definitely recommend this place to choose when around that area.

We stayed there for 1 night with a baby and 2 cats, before our flight the next day. Upon arrival the person at the desk was very nice and professional. We got to our room and put the cats in the bathroom just to get settled. Open the bathroom door to find a cat missing. There was a massive hole in the wall that we did not see when we first rushed them in there. Called front desk they didn’t seem to care. When we finally got him out, we called the front desk to cancel our call for help which he replied ‘your welcome’ and hung up. We asked for a pack and play. Which we received but then Had to use our blankets because there was no padding in it at all. The room was TINY. Smaller then any hotel room I’ve ever been in. When leaving we asked where we could get a cab, the lady said she’d call but it would be about half hour. When we went out and got one who was waiting outside, then cancelled the one who was called, the desk lady ran outside and scolded us about how we are to wait for her to approve us a cab not just grab one. Hopefully our night was a fluke but it was definitely a ‘never again’ experience.
