This place is my new go to, I love their ice cafe and the options they have to customize it! Their bagels are so good, and they have so many options for toppings, bagel flavours and more. Everything’s fresh and their workers are absolutely the nicest people! 100% recommend OKO bagels on Dundas!!!

All you have to know to work here is how to toast a bagel, and apparently that's too much.
I can't believe I can get a bagel from Tim Hortons that's three times as toasted as the waste of money I got from this girl.

Horrible customer service, the guy had so much attitude right when we walked in. Tim’s ice coffee is better and cheaper than what they’re selling here, and the bagel’s are worse and so small. Don’t even come here, save your 40$ We also ordered it with bacon and he didn’t even add bacon and charged us.

Hello ya’ll!! I’ve been going to OKO bagels since they first open their first locations almost ten years ago!! To this day, their bagels are consistent and tasty. ?
The bagels are always fresh, and tasteful with all their seasonings. Including toppings!
They are on the pricier side, but it’s more of a special treat and gourmet style of bagel if you will. Totally worth it I promise!
Although I haven’t physically been to this particular location yet, I always order on Uber eats for my Fiancé and I, and the service is excellent! ? They will leave little notes for us sometimes to brighten our day. ☺️
I hope that staff read this, and see that it is appreciated, and thanks for making my sandwich bagel always so yummy and made with love!

Smoked salmon with everything bagel had huge chunks of onions. Cheese in other sandwich was cold. I requested twice to toast our bagels but ice cold. Coffee was barely half of the cup for almost $ 34.00. I guess they barely microwave food to serve it.Very disappointing experience.
