Rosemary and sea salt bagel is divine. Could have been a little more generous with the cream cheese. The cream cheese itself doesn’t have the same tanginess that other places have

Bagels were excellent. I liked that they weren’t too big, the flavour/toppings on the everything bagels were really nicely balanced (not stingy). Really enjoyed the cilantro chili cream cheese too, great pairing with the everything bagel. Espresso was also quite good. Terrific service, highly recommend.

The bagel we ordered was supposed to have creme cheese but it had Labneh. I recognize the taste any day any time. I paid for two bagels with creme cheese and got two bagels with a cheaper substitute and not even close to the taste I was aiming for. If you want to sell a bagel with Labneh, just add it on the menu;otherwise, stick to what you are selling on the menu. I've had way better experiences at other bagel stores.

I was in Mississauga location this Sunday and I was completely upset about the way how server treated me, she was kind a rude with me and I had feelings that she just want to made my order without any kindness and let me go, the sandwich was made without a gloves this is not professional, I hope you will take action

I had a disappointing experience at Oko Bagels in Mississauga. I paid over $15 for a sandwich and an additional $2.50 for cream cheese, but the service did not reflect the price. The staff completely forgot to add the cream cheese, and when I pointed it out, they only spread it on one side of the bagel — very carelessly.
For a place charging premium prices, I expected better attention to detail and customer service. Sadly, the experience left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this location based on my visit.
Don’t know about service or atmosphere but food is really….🫠 Dry even when not toasted Just….not it… Breakfast sandwich is flavourless… Caprese sandwich had cheddar instead of mozzarella(well I think it’s cheddar unless orange mozzarella came out while I wasn’t aware) is… idk it’s just not good🫥 we ordered like two sandwiches and two bagels with cream cheese cuz I really wanted to try this place. I don’t think I’ll be returning I’m so sad I was hoping to find a good bagel place nearby

I ordered three bagela from here via uber eats. What a tasteless, no sauce flavourless bagel place. Im sorry but my partner and I threw it out. Worst bagels weve had ever. Over $45 and will never be returning.
Sorry if this is harsh but if you are a standalone bagel shop you should be able to make amazing bagels with sauce and flavour and filling
We ordered smoked salmon, egg white, vacado and also the prochutto/parmasean. So its not like it was just one that wasnt good and flavourless. All three were equally as bad. Zero Condiments! Which is shockijg.
1/5 food taste, dry and will absolutely never order from this place again. Dont tell me you specialize in making bagels sandwiches. Aa far as im concerned you have staff put one ingredient ontop of the next wt no care for taste and thats as farcas ir goes. Waste of $.
