A very cozy spot for yummy home style Korean food! Large menu with a variety of options at reasonable prices.

Overall was very nice experience. The foods have more flavor and also they open until 2 am. Went there 2 times and ordered pork bone soup, spicy rice cake and also cold noodle. The price is very reasonable. A little bit waiting time to get the food, but not a big deal if you are not in rush. The server also friendly.

Food was alright for the cost. Ordered the Gamjatang and the pork was not tender at all. Taste was not on par with some better restaurants. Waiter did not offer us water until we asked midway through the meal and the side dishes which should usually come pretty early, came after nearly 20 minutes of waiting for the food. Li

The food is always decent here, but the key word is decent. It's the kind of place you go in without expectations. The prices definitely reflect the food you are getting as it is on the cheaper end compared to other Korean food spots. It's not the worst, but also not the greatest food you'll have. The service was pretty good and I do like the atmosphere, it's a cute and quaint family run place!

Super disappointed with my experience. We ordered through uber eats. Somehow they managed to get 4.4 stars there. But the reviews on google are more accurate (shame on me for not looking)

1) bulgogi and rice: taste was good but it’s pretty obvious that this is the cheapest beef available. Also the majority of the dish was onion. Maybe half a cup of shredded beef? Worth $20? Absolutely not.

2) Rice cake: taste was good. But for $16 you would think you would get more than 10 pieces of rice cake. Instead it’s noodles, and onion. Do yourself a favour, buy it from the store and make it at home. Not worth getting from here.

I really wish I could recommend this place.

I ordered takeout from their restaurant today and got a Korean-style bugugi beef dish. There was barely any beef, and the beef that was there was very stale and had a sour smell. I called the restaurant to explain the situation, but they didn’t offer any explanation or apology and just hung up the phone. Restaurants like this should definitely be avoided!

we ordered the gamja tang and the kimchi soup + mackerel deal. the side dishes were okay but the potatoes were very apparently old. the gamja tang doesnt come with any potatoes and the pork was tough. the soup was also not hot enough so the oil kept solidifying at the top and making a film. the kimchi soup was good, the veggies and tteboki were excellent but not enough pork. the mackerel was tough and you could tell it was old/had been frozen. the meal i would give a 3.2/5 overall. the staff gave us no water and did not come back to check on us once during the meal.

Good food marred by terrible service. My friend and I waited a half hour for our food during off hours. Usually they bring out side dishes while we're waiting for our entrées. Not this time... Instead, we had to wait for our side dishes which came with our entrées.

My friend didn't tip when paying because of the subpar service. The cashier must have noticed, cause my bill was for 20.30$, and she entered 22.30$ into the machine. Could've easily fooled me into tipping.

Don't go here. The restaurant was phenomenal when it first opened and was under previous ownership. I get the feeling they renamed the restaurant (it was previously known as Nuri Village) so that any poor ratings online would be cleared.

Very disappointed. Food was not hot. I ordered the bulgogi and 80% of it was veggies. I also ordered the jiajiamen, spicy pork and tofu stew. Only the tofu stew was decent/hot. Everything else felt like it was reheated and not freshly made.

Lastly, the restaurant did not have heat and was quite chilly(late November).

Ordered the spicy pork, spicy squid and the fried chicken .

No meat in both dishes just a load of vegetables manly onions , I literally paid for vegetables

The spicy pork had exactly 11 pieces of squid and the rest onions.

The spicy pork have a hand full of meat and the rest onions ,just onions in sauce ..

As for the fried chicken , all batter smallest piece of meat . I honeslty feel ripped off...in the end a $90 bill for vegetables and dough ..

On the plus service was fast but the food , holy! Was the worst korean style food I've had , will diffinetly not be returning here ..

1 and half stars , mainly for the service ..
