Placed a pickup order and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I showed up on time, only to wait an extra 10 minutes with no explanation or apology. The staff was rude and completely unprofessional, specially the girl at the front,
barely acknowledged customers and seemed disorganized. If you can’t manage a basic takeout order or treat people with respect, you shouldn’t be in the service industry. Won’t be ordering from here again.

The cashier with glasses has bad attitude and hard to contact with him even with his language, I'm not coming back again until he leaves

Have been coming for years to Original Shawarma , was the best , but currently they just make the meals fast and no quality as it was , they have the chicken rest for hours and give it to people cold instead of getting rid of it !! The previous management was much better tbh

Foodnis good. Chicken on rice. Ordered no spice and got spice. A sprinkle of chicken on a mountain of rice..I would suggest some more chicken for $15...

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I visited with high expectations but the food was served completely cold. I ordered 1/4 quarter Lamb Shawarma and it arrives lukewarm at best as if it had been sitting out for a while. When I mentioned it to the server there was no apology or effort to fix it.
The food lacked both flavour and freshness and the overall service was slow and inattentive. For the price, I expected much better quality and professionalism.
Sadly I won’t be returning and I won’t recommend this place to anyone who values good food served properly.

amazing service by the two girls taking orders, food was really good, and honestly just really good vibes. definitely recommend for those wanting a quick meal or a sit down with friends because they did not waste time and food was ordered and delivered super fast.

I had a terrible experience at Original Shawarma. The restaurant was very dirty, and after eating here with friends, we all ended up with stomach issues and diarrhea the next day. There were flies everywhere, and when I walked past the kitchen, I noticed the floor was filthy – definitely not safe for food preparation. The food itself was extremely salty, which felt like an attempt to cover up how not fresh it was. Overall, it lacked flavor and tasted unpleasant. I do not recommend this place at all.

Very Poor service
Disappointed with food served Dine in. The order they served was COLD. Received food after 15mins of order but it's 🍟 fries was #sogy # cool went back to let them know. Later after 15 mins they put hot fries on it but the shawarma platter it's cool like they served from fridge.
