Service is really bad. If you ask for extra chicken they will provide you extra rice instead. I payed and ordered a chicken on the rocks with extra chicken and the guy just added more rice to fill the bowl.
I usually got to oakville location and they are best but these guys and giving the one of worst food and service. Even though the chicken was so hard. Highly recommend not to go at this location. Or owner should think to replace the staff or if owner himself is doing this then he should start doing good job.

This is by far the best Popeyes I have been to. Sohit was very helpful and provided amazing service. We asked him for a fresh patty for our burger and he was able to fulfil our request. If I had the option to give 10 stars I would definitely give all 10, I definitely recommend going to this location! It is definitely worth spending money here.

Shout out to the Food Services Team at this Osmows location, it is rammed packed for National Shawarma Day an hour before close and they are just hustling, making fresh food and keeping customers satisfied since 11am. They always make my custom order prefect every time!

The food is excellent, customer service is amazing; the ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable; the staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled. Zaris is exceptionally coordial and caring. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I went to pick up food in my break and when I reached back and ate food it was smelling and tasting bad.when i called them they want me to come back again with food so that they can check and give me another one. When i told her i do not have much time as my break is about to finish then lady said they cannot do anything about it.
