Osmow's Shawarma

i have ordered super shawarma wrap and they send me small one . when i call them they sad me that it not our fault. That’s not good service

Worst service ever bought Philly chicken wrap she didt even gril the warp and put alot of onions instead of chicken felts like onions wrap 😠

I ordered falafel through Uber Eats and it came completely burnt. The outside was hard and blackened, and the inside was dry with no flavor left. It was honestly inedible. I can’t believe this was even packed and sent out like that. Total waste of money—very disappointed. I won’t be ordering from this place again.

Food doesn’t tastes like Orignal Osmow’s. It is the fake one tastes different.

I ordered a lamb on stick and the fries is all soggy and underneath it's all watery.

Always got really good service at this location. Moreover the food quality (well cooked) and quantity is awesome 👌 which I never got at other locations.

I ordered chicken on fettush salad, but given chicken on rice when i came home and checked, and even crutones was not properly cooked. I kindly advise to staff to give proper order to customer

Service is really bad. If you ask for extra chicken they will provide you extra rice instead. I payed and ordered a chicken on the rocks with extra chicken and the guy just added more rice to fill the bowl.
I usually got to oakville location and they are best but these guys and giving the one of worst food and service. Even though the chicken was so hard. Highly recommend not to go at this location. Or owner should think to replace the staff or if owner himself is doing this then he should start doing good job.

This is by far the best Popeyes I have been to. Sohit was very helpful and provided amazing service. We asked him for a fresh patty for our burger and he was able to fulfil our request. If I had the option to give 10 stars I would definitely give all 10, I definitely recommend going to this location! It is definitely worth spending money here.
