If I pay a dollar for extra garlic sauce I shouldn't have to ask twice for it. Only then to have an extra 3 lines put on.

Portions of chicken being reduced on chicken on the stick ..more fries less chicken..the wrap sizes reduced drastically plus when you try explaining to they guys behind the counter they look clueless..this was 24th Dec 12.45pm.there is no standard amount so evertime same meal looks different. Sad

I’m a big fan of Osmos, but my experience today was really disappointing. I ordered a regular chicken wrap with all toppings and extra hot sauce, but there was a mix-up with the crispy chicken. Instead of the regular chicken I requested. I kindly asked for the regular chicken to be swapped, but when they made the change, it wasn’t done properly. They removed the crispy chicken and put in regular chicken, but the wrap was still really messy—watery with hot sauce all around it.

When I tried to eat it, the hot sauce kept dripping onto my clothes and the floor, making it hard to enjoy my meal. I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of attention to detail and the condition of the wrap left me really disappointed. I hope the staff can improve on how orders are handled in the future.

Good service.
I was finding it so difficult to find a good and reasonable place for food. This place has good quality of food and the workers are also nice. And the supervisor girl was dealing with a customer’s issue very calmly and was really helpful.

Just like the recent reviewers I have also been a regular customer at this Osmow’s location for years, always enjoying my usual Chicken on the Rocks with generous portions. However, after the ownership changed, I noticed a significant decrease in the portion sizes. The amount of chicken and rice served today was much smaller than what I’ve come to expect, and the sauce portion was so minimal that I had to ask for more as well. Under the previous owner, I always received great portions, and it’s disappointing to see such a drop in quality. Unfortunately, this change has left me reconsidering my future visits to this location.

I’ve been a regular customer at this Osmow’s location for years, often coming here during lunch. However, my last two visits have been incredibly disappointing. Last week on Tuesday (around 1:30 PM) and again today, December 24th (at 12:30 PM), I noticed a drastic reduction in portion sizes.

I ordered my usual Chicken on the Rocks, and the amount of chicken and rice they served was shockingly small. Even the sauce was so minimal that I had to ask for more. This has never been an issue in all the years I’ve been coming here.

It’s disappointing to see such a drop in quality. Unfortunately, after these experiences, I don’t see myself returning to this location.

This Osmow's delivers flavorful shawarmas and generous portions, with their signature garlic sauce being a highlight. Service is generally quick and friendly and the food quality is consistent. A great spot for a satisfying Middle Eastern-inspired meal.

Disappointing experience, encountered substandard food quality in terms of taste and ingredients. Falafel wrap and half and half bowl were ordered for take away, while waiting for 10-15 minutes to fix the payment machine issue, which was not resolved, and had to do small separate payment and after waiting additional 10-15 minutes received undercooked fries and burnt falafel, no veggies and sauce, to add to this we had gastric discomfort next morning. Not recommended.

Ordered falafal wraps and half & half wrap absolutely disgusting. No garlic sauce, no proper veggies, falafal and fries were undercooked. Don’t visit this location.

This place was way better before now under new management this place has really gone down hill, ordered chicken on the stix they messed up my order by doing half rice when I told them about it instead of making a new one the person was trying to scoop out the rice when I asked them to make a new one they put such little fires and barely any sauce on it. This was the best place to get osmows but not anymore.
