Osmow's Shawarma

Today, I went to the store and placed an order for a falafel bowl and a chicken bowl. The falafel bowl consisted solely of rice and falafel, without any sauce. The chicken bowl, offered at a price of 5 dollars, included a single scoop of rice and a single scoop of chicken. It took 40 min to get my order ready for this. Consequently, I needed to go to the other osmos store to grab one more, there it was perfect.

The staff today on National Shawarma Day were absolute legends!!! They worked tirelessly to make all of us incredibly delicious meals while being superbly polite and accommodating! Thank you! ❤️

They had specials for 15th Oct - $5 deal and we arrived at 11:50 pm and they turned us away saying closed not taking anymore customers. Their official timing shows till 3am. Very disappointing as they should have accepted all customers who came before 12am or given a rain check. We came all the way to enjoy the this deal as we do each year. If they have kept the special only for 2 days and they should be prepared for the crowd. They just lost our business. Very poor customer service.

I placed an order from this location , it took them 2 hours to get ready and on top of that I received it cold . Absolutely horrible service never ordering from here again.

We visited this location on Oct 15, 2025 for National Shawarma Day because I love Osmo’s Shawarma and I do not eat from any other brand.

But to my surprise it was a total disaster, not sure if it was only this location or all locations were practising the same process. I ordered 2 Falafal Shawarma which only came with Falafal, lettuce and sauces. And another Falafal On the Rocks which came with half the quantity rice and 4 pcs of falafal with sauces.

Was the $5 deal to attract customers and appreciate the loyal customers or just to increase the gross revenue overall.If I knew this was supposed to happen then would have rather went some other day to eat at a regular price.

I believe the lady owner was present at the location but still the quality was below average.

What a joke this place is considering today is national shawarma day. I had a bad experience few years back but to experience the same thing. My god. My regular on the rocks is literally half a box and ordered onions with it and none in it. Then the shawarma I didn’t order lettuce yet they put lettuce and such a small portion of chicken. Will be reporting to head office regarding this lousy location.

Navsweet provided an outstanding takeout experience at this Osmow’s location. The establishment is impeccably clean and well-kept. The rice and chicken were of exceptional quality — fresh, flavourful, and served hot. Service was swift, efficient, and courteous. A truly hard-working individual whose professionalism deserves recognition. God bless.

I used to come here all the time and loved this location before my movie, ever since ownership changed, I now have to go all the way to square one to get Osmow’s and then back to Courtney park for my movie this is how bad this location has become. Every location provides free Philly sauce on top of the food but this location decided to charge me for it and still giving me barely any amount of chicken sauce or fries . Chicken was low quality and was a lot of fat

Used to come here all the time starting as a highschooler 8 years ago. Service is friendly, environment is clean and professional. But their servings changed so much for their price. They hold back a lot of sauce compared to before. Unfortunately I won’t be returning but I still had good things to say about the place.
