I visited this location today and the food quality was up to mark. If somebody is craving shawarma this must be a go to spot. And guys just try there chicken on the rox. You will never be disappointed.

This Osmow’s location used to be my go-to spot, but sadly, the quality has gone downhill. Over my last five visits, I’ve been consistently disappointed with the food. The chicken has either been rubbery, overcooked, or tasted old—sometimes even a combination of all three. It’s clear there’s little to no focus on quality control here anymore.
What’s even more frustrating is the lack of care from the staff. There doesn’t seem to be any effort to ensure that the food meets even basic standards. It’s disheartening because this location used to serve fresh, flavorful meals that I enjoyed.
After giving them multiple chances to improve, I’ve learned my lesson—not returning to this location again. If you’re craving Osmow’s, I’d recommend trying a different location where they still value quality and customer satisfaction.

This is about the workers that work late night specifically the one man and the woman that answer the phone. They ALWAYS lie to me and make me pay for extra garlic sauce on uber eats but they NEVER add it even though I pay for it. They never listen, mess up my orders MULTIPLE times, and because of that I need to call them EVERYTIME to make sure my order is not messed up. And even yet it's so ironic they act like they get bothered and annoyed by me calling when them not listening and constantly messing up my orders is the reason I need to call everytime before ordering. Maybe I wouldn't need to call and confirm everytime if they can follow instructions and NOT mess up my order for once. On the calls too, I need to clearly tell them what I need everytime like they are children and they confirm too everytime while acting annoyed yet they can't follow simple instructions and STILL mess up my order. It's a shame too because the food at this branch tastes great but those late night workers are too incompetent.
