Dear Osmow’s Management,
I’m very disappointed with the poor service at your Latimer Drive location on June 25th. I ordered two chicken shawarma wraps and asked for a small box for leftovers. The staff member, Divya, rudely refused and said boxes cost extra. We also received just two napkins.
This has never happened at any other Osmow’s location. It’s basic hygiene and courtesy to take away food safely as it was for my child. This kind of treatment will drive loyal customers away.

I first visited this place , it was the best place. Though i came here back after a week, they changed their whole standard with old chewy chicken which was reheated and my stomach got upset the other morning.

This location is the closest to me but is now no longer worth visiting. The chicken portions became smaller and smaller with each visit and it seems to be the norm instead of a one off.
Spend the time and money to visit a different location or restaurant and get your moneys worth.

The quantity of salad provided with the falafel at this location is ridiculous. You barely feel like you’ve eaten anything after finishing the entire bowl. It seems like the staff are meticulously counting each piece before adding it. There goes my 14$ for nothing.
