I had a terrible experience at this location. I ordered Chicken on the Rocks and waited for over an hour, only for the manager (George) to come later and say they had no rice left. The two customers before me were given fries instead of rice at no extra charge, but when I asked for the same replacement, the manager was rude and told me it would cost $7 more. This is completely unfair and shows poor customer service. On top of that, he had the nerve to ask me for a positive review after such treatment. Extremely disappointed and won’t be coming back.

Extremely disappointed with Osmow’s Heartland location during the $5 promotion. My online order showed as “Ready”, yet I had to wait over an hour to receive it. Customers should not have to wait this long. The restaurant needs more staff during busy periods and should not run promotions if they cannot accommodate everyone. The owner and management must take proper action to prevent this in the future. I will not be returning.

National Shawarma Day turned out to be disastrous! I ordered 3 chicken on rocks and received two. The place was jam packed, servers didn’t have time to validate the order. Even after asking the lady 2 times she said all is packed. Well clearly all wasn’t. Pick up was delayed by 30mins and they started packing when we asked where the order was. Not going here again!

Dear Osmow’s Management,
I’m very disappointed with the poor service at your Latimer Drive location on June 25th. I ordered two chicken shawarma wraps and asked for a small box for leftovers. The staff member, Divya, rudely refused and said boxes cost extra. We also received just two napkins.
This has never happened at any other Osmow’s location. It’s basic hygiene and courtesy to take away food safely as it was for my child. This kind of treatment will drive loyal customers away.
