Most horrible chicken shawarma I had from osmos never will go there they do not put any garlic/ tahini sauce who eats without sauce messed my lunch today really upset had to throw out even chicken and rice were cold.

Been to Osmow's 100s of times at multiple locations across the GTA.Never have a ever been charged an extra $3+ for Tihanni, hot sauce and Garlic sauce. (did not ask for any extra sauce just the normal order that you get with your meal)When I called them out over the charge they played dumb. Just the fact they are trying to exploit extra money hoping I didn't notice makes me not trust Osmow's anymore. Especially the Heartland, Mississauga location.Beware of extra charges they add to your orders at this location.

It was a hungry afternoon, went to the place and ordered chicken on the rocks and guess what the owner was there too and I’m looking the way they made my order and was shocked due to the low portions of sauce, rice and chicken which I immediately gave the review first and later had my lunch. Gotta keep your customer as king for what he’s paying and the same snows at living arts drive kills you with quantity. This is what customers need. Thank you

Horrible Experience! Food tastes old and smells off! The bald Arab owner is cheap and rude! No customer service skills? Portion sizes are not up to Osmows Head Office Standards!! I’m going to report them and his business practices!! NEVER EAT HERE FOOD IS

I did not write this review, if I had to I should say this Osmow's franchise is not that good compared to the other ones. They serve smaller portion sizes compared to other franchisees , in poutines they put less than normal garlic sauce

Please mention if you closed before 1 am because I came at your store at 12:40 but store was closed and 2 girls were doing cleaning and I was knock the door but they were just ignoring. It is so disappointing.
