Today Osmow’s had their anniversary deal — $5 Chicken on the Rocks! 🎉 But when I opened the box, it looked like half order only 😂. Taste was good as always, but come on guys, it’s celebration day, not diet day! At least fill the box next time 😅.

The girl working at the counter didn’t seem to know how to take orders properly. She was clumsy and unprofessional. She asked me for my order, then made me wait, so I asked if I should make the payment. She just said, “Give me a second,” and kept me waiting even longer. She didn’t bother to ask about the size, spice level, or any details. Honestly, it felt like she didn’t even want customers there. The whole experience made me feel like an uninvited guest. Maybe she’s just there for the paycheck, but people should respect their job.
On the other hand, the more mature girl working in the kitchen was much nicer. She asked about the spice level and double-checked what I had paid for, since the other girl wasn’t around.
Even though the food itself wasn’t too bad, this kind of service leaves you feeling dissatisfied and disappointed. When a customer comes to your restaurant, they deserve respect. Nobody is asking for a favor—it’s your job, and we’re paying for it. I won’t be coming back.

As usual once a chain starts getting big, quality starts to slide. Havent been ina while and was quite disappointed. They used to have more toppings like olives etc. now theyre being stingy but want $18 for a foot long wrap with a couple veggies and a little sauce. Oh and if you want hummus its $1.50 for a spoon. Hummus! Blended chickpeas. Lmao never again. Was nice while it lasted
