Worst location. Got chicken on the rocks. Rice wasn’t cooked and the chicken was cold. These guys just prepare the chicken in the morning and then just keep it in the container. This isn’t how shawarma suppose to be. Only thing is location is convenient for truckers. Everything was undercooked. Took one bite and the box went straight to garbage.

An Indian cashier and his female coworker at this location of Osmows misbehaved with me today around 6 pm . Instead of correcting his mistake in the order, he gave me the money back and asked me to leave the store. He and his female coworker were yelling at us aggressively in Punjabi. He also told me that he was going to press the button and call the cops. I did nothing but just asked him to correct my order.

I wish I can swear on here. One of the worst osmow’s in town. Ordered a poutine from here and literally saw him put him 3 chunks of cheese. The fries are not fresh nor the meat. 0/5 service.
