I visited Osmow’s on February 27 around 8:00 PM. I ordered a regular Chicken on the Rocks. Yesterday, I ordered the same regular size at this location and they didn’t charge me for veggies, so today I politely asked why it was different.
Unfortunately, the employee was rude and arrogant while replying. He was knocking on the bench and speaking in a disrespectful tone instead of explaining properly. I was only asking a simple question, and the way it was handled was very disappointing. ( this same seen happened 1 month ago someone posted review )

Only a person was running around like a lost Chicken in the restaurant at 12.30pm. There is no respect for food contamination and employees didn't change the gloves for at least 20 orders while he was making veg and non veg order at the same time with the same gloves.
Employee refused to mark the order when I had 20+ item. I wish I could give a negative rating.

Disappointed with my recent order. I paid for a Large Falafel On The ROCKS® but only received 5 falafel balls instead of the 8 that should come with a large. The rice portion was fine, but I feel short-changed on the main protein I paid for. Won't be ordering the again from here

The food here is great! It's tasty and fresh and the portions are great for the price. They are polite, friendly with good service. It is also clean and everything is packed well!
Head office has been notified. These guys are not cooking the meat well. On top of that they are trying to scam people with charging extra for toppings. Very poor franchisee trying to be cheap. Osmows franchise has been notified and hopefully they take disciplinary action. We get osmows 2 times a week from different places and no one charged for toppings other than these guys.

Ordered a crispy chicken shawarma around 12pm on my break from work. Realized the chicken was raw in the inside after i had eaten half of it already. Didnt have time to run it back to the manager otherwise I would have filed an complaint. Unnacceptable as I was the only customer in the restaurant at the moment.

They tried to charge me $2 for adding onions saying that owner said to charge people. Toppings were always free. Funny thing, the cashier tried to charge as open item since toppings themselves are not extra. This is what happens when you give franchise to just anyone. Osmows need to regulate their franchises.

Please dont waste your money. Mature lady at evening shift charge you for large chicken on rocks and quantity she offer is medium. Totally unsatisfied with quantity.

Having a cheap mentality on not giving customers Large to-go bags while they are having Large to-go bags hiding under the table, they just serve food in a small bag so they can save some of the money or something on the to-go bag, so I don't like this kind of stuff .
