I have been to many Osmow's locations and they have all been great. I tried this location a few min ago and asked for a Philly cheese steak wrap with no toppings. They either didn't listen or didn't care because they put all of the toppings on it. It was also sopping wet with sauce and after driving 5 min from the location it was inedible because it was soaked with sauce and falling apart. Don't waste your money going to this location. The negative reviews are accurate and I should have looked at them before going.

I have ordered food through Uber from this location unsatisfied . The quantity is too low even after I add extra for salad and for falafel . They charged me 18 $ for extra falafel with greek salad which too much price and not worth at all.

I came with my friend to this place both of us ordered a sandwich she asked mild spice mine was suppose to be spicy , when we ate it mine didn’t have any spice what so ever my friend she couldn’t eat her sandwich from how spicy it was , we asked nicely you switch our sandwiches , as I ate my sandwich cause I didn’t care but my friend couldn’t eat hers and they denied that there was a mistake the girl there was really rude , not only the food was awful , she refused to change the sandwich for my friend though the guy admitted his mistake and wanted to change it . This was a bad experience I don’t recommend this place to any one
