We had a wonderful experience at the Pur & Simple Mississauga location. Sarah served us, and she was incredibly friendly, kind, and attentive — truly made our visit special.
The food was amazing! We ordered the veggie skillet, a latte, and a smoothie, and everything was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully prepared. The menu is also very kid-friendly, which makes it a great spot for families.
We love going there with our family and always enjoy the warm atmosphere and great service. Highly recommend!

Ordered from Uber Eats today and got a fried chicken egg Benedict, took a hour to come, was cold, when I opened the container there was no egg on my Benedict which is literally in the same, and one English muffin for 2 chickens and barely no hollandaise sauce. I ordered from this site almost every week and this just stopped me for ever now, not acceptable for the price you pay for this.

I visited for brunch and was warmly welcomed by the host who guided us to our table, which I truly appreciated. However, we were then served by Shane, and I had a disappointing experience with him. He was noticeably impatient and easily irritated. Despite seeing that I was struggling to understand certain things, he showed little patience, which made the interaction unpleasant. This dampened our appetite, and we even considered leaving. Once we started eating, the food was good, but honestly, Shane's attitude left a negative impression on our overall experience.
The manager at Pur & Simple financial drive location is amazing. We encountered a problem with the staff and she took immediate actions to rectify the errors. She went above and beyond to turn our negative experience into a positive one! Kudos!
