We hired Paelleros Catering for our live fantasy football draft and they did not disappoint. I ordered the birria tacos and lobster poutine. Absolutely delicious. I highly recommend their services if you want great food at your event.

I hired the food truck for an event they showed up early and asked all the right questions, such as dietary restrictions and provided options for those who had restrictions and gave alternatives.

I would happily hire them again.

Ate the Nashville chicken sandwich at the Burlington food truck festival tonight. Very disappointed. The piece of chicken was maybe the size of a tender. There was more batter than chicken. It didn't even cover half the bun. It was burnt and so greasy. There was absolutely no flavour, it was a combo of grease and heat. The best part was the pickles. The food network should be ashamed they have their name attached to this truck.

Chef Humberto catered our party with his gourmet guyz food truck, it was a hit! The food and service was great, all the guests loved it. He even made a tray of churros that I used in place of a cake. He was very communicative/responsive leading up to the day. I would definitely recommend and would go to him for another event in the future! I wish I took other photos of the food but believe me it was very good. Fried chicken a sandwich and Birria tacos were some of the most mentioned by guests.

Chef Humberto is absolutely amazing!! We hired him to cater our barn wedding in a rural setting. It was definitely a challenge to get the paella into the barn haha! The presentation was freaking amazing, he was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to and maybe most importantly everybody loved the food!! ????Thank you so much we couldn't have done it without you!

Chef Humberto and his staff made our wedding a truly spectacular event. Impeccable attention to detail, their interactions with guests really added to the festivities. This wasn’t just catering, this was a whole experience. Our Spaniard guests were raving about the authenticity while the rest were awed by the show of the cooking of a giant paella. We heard “the food was amazing” probably over a hundred times. The serving staff went above and beyond their duties and made the entire event seamless. Could not recommend Paelleros enough.

From the time my Fiancé (at the time) and I met with Chef Humberto at one of his restaurants in Mississauga - Bar Catalina, we knew he was the perfect fit for our wedding catering. He was very calm, professional and served incredible food to us. It was a no brainer to book him and his team. From there, he was awesome to stay in contact and adjust as we needed. He worked with us to create the perfect menu that fit within our theme and budget. He was an absolute hit on our wedding day and we can only try to express our gratitude. Thanks for pulling off an awesome day Chef! You made Mr and Mrs Mullin’s special day all the more special.Ps. Our guests have not stopped RAVING about the food.

We ordered a catered meal of tacos and a few apps for my son’s 12th birthday. Everything was amazing!!! Big hit!!! These are not your average tacos! These are elevated tacos to the max! All the sides, sauces and slaws were fresh and unique. The favourite were the fish tacos but everything was outstanding!!! All the sides were terrific and I heated everything up a little and put everything on serving dishes and it looked so great!! Even the nonnas liked it, and they normally only like Italiano!I would definitely recommend this place for your next at home gathering!

Súper fun night at the Oakville Motor Power Boat Club. Everyone was delighted with the delicious seafood paella , incredible super delicious tapas ! Churros for desert were the ideal compliment at end of the night ! Thanks Humberto for un unforgettable night !
