We hired Paelleros Catering for our live fantasy football draft and they did not disappoint. I ordered the birria tacos and lobster poutine. Absolutely delicious. I highly recommend their services if you want great food at your event.

I hired the food truck for an event they showed up early and asked all the right questions, such as dietary restrictions and provided options for those who had restrictions and gave alternatives.

Chef Humberto catered our party with his gourmet guyz food truck, it was a hit! The food and service was great, all the guests loved it. He even made a tray of churros that I used in place of a cake. He was very communicative/responsive leading up to the day. I would definitely recommend and would go to him for another event in the future! I wish I took other photos of the food but believe me it was very good. Fried chicken a sandwich and Birria tacos were some of the most mentioned...
