Had a meatball sandwich at Italfest. Wouldn't normally post for something like this but there was no cheese after asking if there was (as a make or break vs another vendor) but worse there was hardly any sauce at all and just a couple slices of veg. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I ordered a vegetable lasagna from Palma Pasta and was extremely disappointed with what I found. While eating, I suddenly came across something strange in the food. When I pulled it out, it turned out to be a big clump of hair tangled together. This is completely unprofessional, unhygienic, and absolutely unacceptable for a food establishment. Finding something like this in my meal was disgusting and gross.Food safety and cleanliness should be your top priority, and this clearly shows a serious lapse in quality control.

Magic coin laundry even got ages but so nice and clean. we made it to come by Saturday afternoon. Just a few people here for laundry, quiet and nice. Best recommendation to here for laundry.

the girl named “Chloe” from the Italian fest on June 13th that worked the hours of 8 pm onwards, super rude and makes gestures instead of answering questions. I’ve worked in hospitality myself for 9 years so I’m aware she is really rude when I asked her “is food served in line” and she responded super rude but everyone other than her was super nice and very attentive to their customers. I will say not all of them are rude of course, but chloe specifically was really rude when i asked her 1 question “is this the line”

First/last time at this location. Not sure if they don't have enough stock cause it's so much smaller than the other Mississauga location but their advertised one day only deal was sold out. Frozen food should be stocked well on days there is a deal. Multiple customers came in and left disappointed while I was in the store.
Our favorite chicken meatballs, and garlic bread and everything else they have is amazing!

Chose Palma Pasta to cater our daughter’s birthday party. We decided on penne with red sauce and chicken parm along with Caesar salad. We also got a tray of canolli's. They had the option to do individual packaging which is what we did for ease of serving our guests. Order came right on time (5 minutes early actually) and everything was packaged up amazingly. Food all tasted great and was still warm (as we had ordered it). Guests were impressed with the packaging, portions and the food taste as well. Would definitely recommend their service and will be ordering from them again for future events.
