Pastas are good. If you go for lunch it's a good deal. Beware the shorter server lady at the hot table. She gives you less than what you order. If you order a regular she fills it halfway, I dont dare order a small when she is taking my order.

Had a great ham and cheese sandwich here. Of course the pizza, pasta and hot sandwiches at the hot tables are amazing. Went home with some great desserts. Tasty food, great staff, local business, amazing experience.

The food here is great, but the customer service is absolutely terrible, and that alone is enough to keep me from ever returning.

I came in to buy a sandwich and was greeted by an older woman who was rude from the very start. She ignored us for several minutes while we stood at the counter, only acknowledging us after finishing what seemed to be a very important conversation with her coworker.

When she finally turned around, she barked “WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE?” in an irritated, angry tone. Then, after I gave my order, she snapped, “I CAN’T HEAR WHAT YOU’RE SAYING,” as if we were the ones causing a problem. My partner and I were both stunned. It genuinely felt like we had somehow offended her just by walking in.

After she finished making my sandwich, she walked away even though my partner still wanted to order. When my wife spoke up and said she wanted one too, the worker muttered, “Why didn’t you say you wanted two?” which makes no sense, considering she was buying her own sandwich.

If I wasn’t starving, I would have walked out. I will never spend another dollar here.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We were a group of 22 and had excellent service. Thoroughly enjoyable. Especially enjoyed the Irish Stew.

If you are a company looking for a new option to cater for customer/employee meetings you can’t go wrong. Food is excellent, cost is extremely reasonable. Truly feels like you are bringing home cooked meals to their office.

Palma Pasta a staple for Italian catering in the GTA for many years now.
Excellent service, delicious food and very pleasant customer experience. They have an extensive menu that addresses pretty much all dietary restrictions.
We have used Palma Pasta for many occasions be it for a Small groups of 10 to very large groups where we required catering.
Overall, Palma Pasta are a pleasure to deal with and provide delicious food with excellent service.

Asked for utensils and got a grumpy reply “for what” asked for a bag got a grumpy reply “we charge for that” asked to throw out my coffee when we bought a new late got “we don’t handle that you can throw it out near exit” none of these were wrong just grumpy teller and made us feel we were inconvenience rather than paying customer. Maybe have your staff be friendlier and not look like they hate their life. Grump ppl make poor customer experience.

Disappointed by the cost of shipping.Because, of course, they are in the middle of nowhere.For somebody like me who live in downtown toronto, who doesn't have a car.It cost me 15%more for each bad for a total of
$30.00 on a $200.00. Order for 10 bag of coffee that make my bag three dollars more expensive than the price offer on the website

I hope they not ship with purolator. Because it's the worst shipping company in the world. They're so stupid, they don't leave the package. If you are not home to sign, even if it's not necessary and to get back the driver
To comeback it's another nightmare.
