Very very ordinary pizza at a higher price. I guess they charge more because of the neighborhood plus good looking shop. Nothing better or differentiating for pizza itself.

Amazing service! The lady at the counter remembered me from another location! I used to order at the previous location which had closed permanently. She was meticulous in making sure my food was prepared as according to the special diet allergy instructions.

ordered from here and came with little to no sauce and I told them there is two sweeps of sauce on this whole pizza and the lady started fighting with me about it, the pizza is never like this except for the past 2 times I ordered there an I will not be coming back

I used to love going to Panago in Ottawa, so when I ordered here I expected a quality, reasonably priced pizza.
That is not what I received.
They put such little cheese, sauce and toppings it’s offensive. You would be better served popping a frozen pizza in the oven.
You simply do not get away with squeezing every little ounce of profit out of what is otherwise a good franchise with no repercussions.

Ordered Garden Veggie thru uber eats, the pizza was burnt from a side and the toppings were completely missing from the middle of the pizza.The toppings were concentrated near the crust corners.

Till today Panago pizza was the main option for me until findings are hair.... Never expected from them...... Update to the Owner : I already Sent the email to the customer care on the same day itself and waiting for an update.
Update on 25th March :- Its been a week after reporting the issue and sending the email to customer care. No update received so far.
No response even after resending the email as they claimed that the first email did not reach them.

The most underrated pizza yet it was pleasant to have it. There is nothing remarkable about the butter chicken pizza i had. For an XL pizza , i felt the meat in the pizza was small. But i can’t tell or compare as this is the first time experience in this pizza chain. It was a good new experience to be at a pizza place other than the regular pizza chains. I like their purple logo. Would revisit again to try some pizza that is a delicious bomb in my mouth.
