Panagos has been my favourite pizza place for years, especially their chipotle chicken pizza. Unfortunately, they no longer do halal chicken, so looking like the end of an era for me. For those without dietary restrictions, would def recommend.

Recently placed an order for a work lunch for over 50 people. The call centre staff is excellent. They accommodated all the dietary restrictions that we had, and went above and beyond.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian pizza was excellentDietary restrictions: They had Halal options and had a good selection of vegan options as well
Terrible experience and awful pizza, it was sloppy and too salty. Guy at the counter was kinda rude too.It is truly worse than bowling alley level pizza.

Whoever decided to make the phone call a centralized option should be demoted and the franchise owners of this location should advocate against it.Everytime I have to place an order on the phone, I am told "I am unable to add notes. I am unable to make substitutions. I am unable to add a topping" and so on. Its the most non-userfriendly experience in today's world.Used to love Panago Pizza but will now go elsewhere due to this terrible, repeated experience.Horrible customer service. Would give a zero if I could.

Bought 2 of their signature chipotle pizza from this place, one is normal and other is gluten-free. And they put a sticker on the gluten-free one saying 'may contain traces of gluten'. So as a normal customer I thought the stickered one was the normal one and the other is gluten-free. But surprisingly the stickered one was gluten-free and other was normal.(God only knows this sticker logic). Then called their customer care and asked for this issue and they said it is nothing wrong from their end and the customer has to find out which one is normal and which one is gluten-free. Its a simple thing u can do panago people, either the sticker should say "its the gluten-free pizza and eventhough it may contain gluten-free traces" or "the one who handover the pizza from shop should say excuse me sir this one is gluten-free pizza".Unfortunately because of their sticker blunder my wife who have severe gluten allergy ate the normal pizza nd got some health issues.If u cant sell ur things properly dont sell it. Dont play with the health of ur customers. Especially in the food industry.I have attached their packets. Nd guess which one is normal nd which one is gluten-free. Pity on u guys!!Never gonna visit this place ever again
