I am never going there again. Ordered tje steak philly pizza. Something felt weird when I eat the 1st slice. My first thought was this is first time I had these toppings and probably was not used to it. Then, zi noticed the side of all the pizza slices. They looked gooey like the pizza was undercooked. I proceeded to take off the cheese and steak toppings and sure enough, the dough beneath looked undercooked on all slices!! I got pizza after work cuz I was tired and not in mood to cook. I was starving, so this dissapointed me! I would of went back and complained to get my money back but I was too tired to drive back there. So I ended up picking off the cheese and steak pieces and threw out all the pizza crust/bottom part of pizza slices. From now on, I will stick by my usual Pizza Hut.

There was this worker named Hamid and so I ordered and I saw that I got a moldy pizza so I called it. I called it and he went on customer service and basically what happened. I kind of screamed at him cuz he kept cutting me off and I accidentally called him a beast. Basically after that. I like he. He told me that I could get a new pizza but I asked him what address it is because I asked him like I wanted all the employees to say sorry to my son because this is my son's birthday party and he got the order wrong and it was my son's like birthday wish. So I wanted all the employees to say sorry but he said that they couldn't really do that and my son was crying but shout out to Hamid because he was very nice and I it's cuz I got like the address from shout out to him. He was so calm and I really liked him so thank you very much. I'm mad. Wish you a very good day to work in Pizza Pizza and again his name was hummus so yeah thank you so much for him and sorry but I screamed at you a little because you kept cutting me off. But it's okay and I didn't really understand your accent but it is okay. Thank you very much

Ordered two pizzas for pickup. Was told 15mins, when I got there I had to wait another ten minutes. Loud yelling happening in there not sure what’s the point of that….anyway got home and the cheese pizza was a disaster…missing cheese on almost every slice, wasn’t evenly distributed. What a joke, how do they mess up a simple cheese pizza?!

Terrible experience, tried ordering a pizza large came with 4 toppings asked for extra cheese to be a topping. Stated cheese isn’t a part of the toppings and it would be extra. I told him that was ridiculous stated leave a review about it. Here we are.

I'll give this place zero (0) for customer service. The ladies that work here (with their ear buds always on) pretend they are doing a favor by taking customer orders. Their snobby attitude, disdain for people walking in, inability to speak any sentence clearly is quite surprising. Such entitled people aren't worthy of even min wage jobs. I hope the owner is listening. There are plenty of other eager, willing, and cheerful people who can do a much better job.
