Papa Johns Pizza

We ordered pizza and wings via UberEats. My wife and I got really sick for couple days - vomit, diarrhea, body pain, fever, and headaches. We will be reporting to DineSafe.

I visited this Papa John’s last night and was served by Pulkit, who was extremely friendly and kind. His service really stood out and made the experience enjoyable. I’ve been to many Papa John’s locations, but I could genuinely taste the difference here—the dough was especially fresh and flavorful. This store definitely sets the bar high, both in customer service and food quality.

got my order wrong for pickup so they remade it... which is fine... but when i got home, it was still wrong..... how hard is it to make a preset pizza from their own website.... also, too saucy

The worst customer service I have ever received

I went with my friend for our supper cravings. Ordered a pizza, I asked for seasoning as I wanna have it there. The franchisee owner instructed staff to charge a dollar for one small seasoning. Taking one paprika pouch is for a dollar. They did not provide with tissues as well. I had to specially request for receipt, the receipt printer was far away put in the back side.
There is zero seating space, no restroom for public. Even water is at a charge.
I took a few seasoning and paprika and the charges for it was more than of pizza itself.
I just cancelled everything.
If this is Papa John’s , I’m better off not to fall for utmost dissatisfaction again.
No tissues, no seating space, no restroom for customers, paid drinking water, paid seasoning, paid paprika.

Just don't! This place has gone to the dumps over the past few months. Last order, no cheese on pizza ... I mean nothing just sauce and barely any pepperoni. Crust was over cooked, big time. And staff didn't give a hoot.

Pizza got no taste at all, sauce has absolutely no salt, 3 people ate the pizza and all 3 had bad stomach ache few hours later! Total rip off!

Way too arrogant. I asked if the pizza store was open, but he said we are closed. Clearly, the store was open.

And he is making uber orders.

On top of that, he genuinely abused my friend and also claimed that he is the owner and will do what he wants.

First of all i placed the order and the staff said me to pick up the order in 20 minutes..But when i reached there on time, still my order was not prepared and requested me to wait 10 more minutes…After that also it was not ready and staff is so non serious and irresponsible…I am so irritated so suggesting everyone not to choose this location..

Honestly hire employees that speak English, like everytime I call to place a delivery the Indian employees don't even understand what is being said and it's frustrating to spend almost 20 minutes on the phone trying to communicate something so simple as a pizza delivery, the owner and management should do better in hiring
