Worst pizza my daughter gathered money for whole month and she very eagerly waiting for pizza but no peperoni no garlic sauce .extremely unprofessional behavior.i emailed you and waiting for your reply .let's see what needful action you will take..A big brand name is spoiled

I ordered two pizzas that arrived at my door cold and old, via Uber. I was told they do not use tamper proof stickers which was also very concerning. My family was looking forward to Papa John's for dinner but we ended up not eating the pizzas, and ordering something else because the quality was that bad upon receipt. When I called the store they barely apologized and told me to contact Uber. I still have the two pizzas, I'm looking for either a refund or two hot and fresh pizzas (preferably the latter). I ordered the garlic knots which seemed to be reheated and burned at the tips...two for one, so I got two boxes of reheated knots...the knots were warm but the pizzas weren't... make it make sense. The wings were the only edible thing. So disappointed...there's still a chance for PJs to make this right...I'll wait, with the untouched pizzas.

The service and quality of pizza is #1 at the Rathburn location. Dough, Sauce, cheese and toppings are always fresh and tasty. Watch for Large 4 Topping special and 30 to 50% off specials on their specialty pizzas. Staff are friendly and get to know their regular customers and usual orders. I use the app to order for pickup and earn cash towards future orders. Quality pizza and A1 staff. Keep it up!

Very rude service

Literally my favorite location and pizza is always spot on, but hot damn using the Uber eats app and having something mess up twice in a row is crazy!! More items missed again.
