Paramount Middle Eastern Kitchen Krispo & Mas.E.Mo

Ordered some take out from Paramount a few weeks ago for dinner. Had a little issue as they gave us the wrong pizza but they corrected it quickly and efficiently. The pizza was really impressive and their shish tawouk wraps and hummus with beef are always amazing would definitely recommend :)

This place burnt down May 30th, 2021. It will be greatly missed. Great staff great food and great atmosphere.

Such a sad loss for the community :(They had excellent customer service and the best interior atmosphere. My kids used to LOVE sitting next to the waterfall. Thank God no one was hurt. Don't let few haters and bad comments bring you down, turn your back to them. Hope they rebound stronger ?

This is first time we ordered from Paramount.. The food quality is good. Taste is 7 out of 10 i would say. We had ordered FALAFEL, YALLA SPECIAL and SHISH TAWOUK. Falafel was awesome. Yalla special and shish tawouk could have been better. I was hoping chicken shawarma and boneless chicken breast grilled could be a bit softer. Taste was not bad but I had better taste experience for these items in other restaurants. But overall we liked and are going to order again to try other items.

i never see restaurant like this is the best food the best stuff . i come yesterday its was very busy but my older is coming right way wow perfect jobs

Edit: Spoke the the management and they were kindly willing to rectify the very unusual situation. Thank you very much, Krispo.The chicken was hot, fresh and juicy. I highly recommend as easily one of the best fried chicken in all of Ontario.

Pretty disappointed. Spent a good 10 minutes browsing and selecting an order to deliver to a friends family at the hospital (via UberEats). Order cancelled despite being confirmed in the beginning. Had they been transparent upfront, I would have avoided time being wasted. As a result, not only was I left frustrated, the time wasted meant I was unable to order from another restaurant of my choice since it had closed in the meantime. Please be upfront before accepting orders, or advertising open hours.

Got covid vaccine went very quick appointment at 4:00p.m. finished by 4:20 p.m

Really nice atmosphere and food. Place was easy to find and there was ample parking. Will definitely come back!

Something needs to be done to improve the timeliness of service. Twice I have called to place an order for pick up and twice it has taken over an hour for them to prepare it. I went in to pick it up and had to wait for 40 min because my order hadn’t been started until I come in to pick it up. That should not be happening. The reason I am calling ahead of time is to avoid this in the first place. And I get you’re busy but then give realistic times as to when my food will be ready. When I asked to speak to the manager to voice my concerns, instead of being apologetic, they became defensive and started being stern with me. So disappointed.

Ordered over the phone and was told that food will be ready in 15 mins. It took just over half an hour. The front staff asked my name 4 times while I was waiting, and when asked 5th time, I declined politely saying you guys already asked me 4 times and I am not telling you again. They weren't terribly busy either. Got the food, came home and realized that they gave only one garlic sauce and one humus for 4 items (paid $54 for 2 shawarma plates, 1 manakeesh and a fatoosh) despite asking them over the phone to make sure to put sauces. Very disappointed.

Krispo chicken is good, very crispy and flavorful. Pizza is not what I was expecting and not really proper thin crust Italian style pizza. Kunafa was just bad, couldn't eat it.
