My recent experience was quite frustrating. The staff’s rude attitude and the long delay in delivery were unacceptable. There was no update or apology provided during the wait. Due to this level of poor service, I cannot recommend Paratha Adda to anyone. Definitely not worth the hassle.

Very disappointed with the service. The staff was extremely rude, and the delivery took far too long with no proper communication or apology. Based on this experience, I would not recommend anyone to try this place. Poor customer service and lack of professionalism.

AVOID. Food is awful, and they will harass you for complaining.

Wow. Just wow. We subscribed to their tiffin service, and I have to warn everyone.
Something must have changed in the last two months—maybe a new owner, I don't know—but the food has gone completely downhill. What used to be decent is now just plain awful.
But that's not even the worst part. The way they handle feedback is shocking. When we complained about the terrible quality, we were met with outright harassment. Instead of listening, they fought back and then blocked us on all communication channels. You read that right: they will take your money, give you bad food, and then harass and block you if you dare to say anything about it.
It's a complete disgrace and gives all the good, honest Indian tiffin services out there a bad name. Save your money and your sanity. Go somewhere else.

I've been using their tiffin service for 2 months after their partnership change, and it's been a terrible experience. The parathas and rotis are consistently hard and inedible, and the food quality overall is very poor. Worse, the customer service is extremely unprofessional — if you share honest feedback, they respond with rude messages, harass you over calls and texts, and blame you instead of improving. No one should be treated this way for simply pointing out bad food. I wouldn’t recommend Ada Paratha to anyone.

The place was not clean at all they opened the store to serve without cleaning the shop and It took too long for the order to come.and it was really oily.

Update : I got a call from a woman claiming she is the owner of the business, on 11-May-2025, requesting to remove the photo of my palm over their paratha.

I had uploaded the photo after the business gave an aggressive reply to my review, and also sent multiple messages on my personal number. The reply claimed my review was false and their parathas was not size of a palm, and also challenged me to upload proof.
I uploaded the photo of the paratha and my palm over it.
Since i have uploaded this, the business has been continously requesting me to delete the picture.

They have informed me that they have shut down the operating from their residential location, and also have increased the size of the parathas.

Wishing them good for their business in future.

I have deleted the photo with the palm, as I do not want continous messages on my wife's number.

The parathas are size of an average palm, and 3 parathas costed me 22(after tax)

I came a long way to the business address assuming it is a restaurant outlet , and it was not.
Please update somewhere that the business is takeout only, and you will get the correct audience.

10 dollar for normal size parantha !! A no no

It is run out of house, which prompted me to think might get some good food. Their menu online lists aloo parantha for 7 dollars, they charged me 8.99 plus tax, still no problem. The parantha i kid you not was less than 6 inches in diameter and had absolutely no stuffing, was super salty and oily to taste. Total disappointment for the price. did not give me any condiments or anything as well, just a small parantha. Do not recommend at all

Last week ordered aloo and gobi parathas, really good in taste, very soft, stuffing was also quite enough.
Very fulfilling!

Food was very tasty. Tastes like home made food.

It's not a restaurant or shop, they serve from home. And for 1 parantha from home is not worth of $9. And not value for money
