We went there for dine in and ordered noodle spring rolls for starters and other main course too.. we were waiting for our food and suddenly after almost 30 mins the server came to our table and said that we don’t have the spring rolls available and when i said her that you should have informed this thing earlier she very ignorantly answered me that “ACTUALLY I DID NOT GO TO THE KITCHEN EARLIER SO I DIDN’T KNOW” Brooo.. i mean conversation between management is none of your customers concern. And also she added that all other food is ready i will get you that but then she just got us one curry we were still waiting for other curries and breads and then when we asked her about food .. she again very oversmartly replied “OH YOU WANT THE FOOD WITH THIS CURRY”.. I mean now this is really stupid of the staff people asking this silly question.. Tell me have you ever seen someone eating the curries and then having the breads…
I mean i am so disappointed and short of words.. i used to come here often but after this i am not gonna come here and recommend everyone else to stay away from such off vibe restaurant… NO disrepect to the owners but please ask your staff to maintain some professionalism or else hire the experienced people..

This restaurant’s management needs to hire more people! They had 2 people working, and the employee at the cash counter was helping in the kitchen as well, going back and forth. We ordered 2 things and they told us the food will only take 15-20 minutes!!!!! it took them 45 minutes for the first item. And they still wanted 10 more minutes for the 2nd item. We ended up cancelling the 2nd item. What was worse is that the food was not worth it. We ended up going to a different restaurant. The owners needs to manage this place better!!!

Very disappointing experience. Waited over 40 minutes for stale, burnt tandoori chicken. The lacha paratha, which initially came with 4 pieces, was also burnt. When we asked for a replacement, they brought only 2 pieces, I seriously doubt they even know what they’re serving. Butter naan was undercooked. The place wasn’t even busy, yet service was poor and staff seemed rushed and uninterested. I honestly wonder how this restaurant has a 4.2 rating. Definitely not coming back and wouldn’t recommend it.

Extremely disappointed. I ordered online. They told me it will be 25 mins and took 1 hour. I understand if you are busy at 11 pm at-least be honest of the wait time. And when I questioned them they were ignoring me. Highly wont recommend if looking for quick food time. They were busy serving dine ins however no sense of service to phone orders. I wont recommend and I will never come back.

Parantha Palace in Canada is absolutely amazing! The aloo parantha I ordered was soft, stuffed generously, and tasted just like homemade. It came with fresh curd and tangy pickle that made the meal complete. The staff were super friendly and attentive. The place is clean, cozy, and affordable. Highly recommended for anyone who loves authentic North Indian food.
Paratha Palace is a complete waste of time. I waited over 40 minutes for ONE paratha — not a full meal, just one. When I finally asked about my order, the staff brushed me off and rudely said, “We have many orders.”
That’s not my problem — if you can’t handle orders, don’t keep customers waiting without any update. The miscommunication, long wait, and bad attitude show they have zero respect for customers. Save your time, money, and patience — go anywhere else.
