Actual no heat patties. So you still have the delicious experience without the burn. I appreciate this place like no other! Always a line when I go but they move quickly! 10/10

The reviews are true lol the beef patties are tasteless (I tried the spicy one), meat amount isn't terrible but it's tasteless so doesn't matter how much beef is in the patty, I wouldn't buy again

Came in a couple of times last month. Got a half-dozen beef with each visit. Its an average patty. And if youre craving one, this place will satisfy you. They do a more wet filling, which may or may not appeal to you. But its got a higher amount of cartilage compared to others, which is deal breaker for me personally.

There's nothing more frustrating than to order a box of patties with specific instructions only to get home and realized they got the order wrong 😑. The patties are amazing! great flavor however their customer service sucks!

The server was nonchalant about his job. The wax paper bags for the patties weren’t opening and he just threw them to the ground. The patties were so hot it burnt the side of my mouth. I reported it to HQ on their website and there was no follow up or anything. I have photos documenting the incident with burn marks. They DO NOT warn you how hot it is anywhere. So be careful on your first bite. I was not happy with the service nor food. Although patties express website says CONTACT US- they do not contact you back. Very disappointing first time experience. Will not support this restaurant or brand.

I always bought my patties from Patty Express in square one and I enjoyed going there until last week when I saw something disgusting being done in their hand wash sink. Last Friday Oct 24, 2025 at around 2:45 pm an employee was in the back, brushing his teeth and spitting in the sink for hand wash, When I call him out on it the cashier brush it off saying he’s only rinsing his mouth in there, I was so shocked to hear his response i’m only sorry I didn’t record it as I had left my phone in the car I can’t believe these are the people who are being placed in the food Industry, hygiene is some thing to be taken serious when dealing with food, I will never buy from them again I will also warn others not to go there. 👎🏾👎🏾 Manager a word of advice, clean up your staff before you lose more business.

The patties here are amazing, me and my family have been regulars for years and never had an issue. They’ve always been serving until around 9:30, sometimes even later if it’s busy or we call ahead (I used to work in the mall, so I know their usual hours well).

But last night was disappointing. My friend got there at 9:15 and was happily served two patties, but when I showed up just a few minutes later at 9:20, the owner refused to serve me even though there were fresh patties right behind him. It’s frustrating when regular customers are turned away like that, especially when the staff have always been kind and flexible before. Love the food, but that kind of customer service really kills the experience.

The patties taste good, but this isn’t the best location. The consistency is off, sometimes they’re overfilled and too hot, other times they don’t have enough filling. Quality really varies from visit to visit.

I ordered two regular beef patties and asked for non-spicy, but one of them turned out extremely spicy. On top of that, both were really watery inside and lacked flavor. Pretty disappointing.

This place might have changed ownership, since I've never had such an empty patty, I felt robbed!! It was mostly bread and a smear of filling, We used to buy them by the box until this happened at least a couple of times. So I simply don't buy them anymore!!
