Rude service

The 3 patties I ordered, 1 mild and 2 spicy beef, had no flavour and werent fresh. This was around lunch time, so they should have been at their freshest, but felt like they were from the day before. They all tasted like nothing. I had to add some cheese and mustard. The cocoa buns where rock hard stale. Not only that, the service was bad. The debit machine asked for a tip, and I selected 15%, which was the lowest, and frankly, generous for take-out. The guy rolled his eyes right in front of me. Not even a thank you.

Dry patties, no filling, coco bread doesn't come with any toppings or sauce or anything it's just bread and the dry empty patty

I've been on the hunt for a GOOD Jamaican patty but unfortunately, there's not much where we live. These are the best I've had in a couple of decades, can't wait to go back! I'm going to stock up on their frozen patties since we live over an hour away. Good staff, too!

These patties are pretty tasty although could be better stuffed.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the store Patties Express. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The store itself is well-organized, clean, and stocked with a wide selection of products at great prices.

A special shoutout to Salesperson his name Javeed, who went above and beyond to assist me. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made thoughtful recommendations based on my needs. He is very Joyful and very friendly to everyone.

I’ll definitely be returning, and I highly recommend both the store and Mr.Javeed to everyone in the area. A wonderful shopping experience all around!

Best patties I ever had the guy on the cash was super friendly I think his name is Javeed he is giving very good service and friendly always smiling I had veggie pattiy it is super delicious…. Must try in square one

Bought a mixed dozen. These patties had no flavour and were super dry. They had very little filling. Save your $. Very disappointed. They are like
generic grocery store patties. The dozen is way overpriced for what you get.

Rude and unprofessional staff . We go there every time we are in the mall. Yesterday I bought a dozen asked for all beef. They gave me half chicken. Took it back today since we did not eat the chicken ones . I took 2 bit of one, then to find out that was chicken. The skinny tall brown guy with big curly hair instead of apology he was rude and unprofessional to change the patties . Won’t be back to this place for sure .
