The first time I ever had Vietnamese food was at a Phở Hưng (albeit the Spadina location) close to three decades ago. It set the bar for me, and rightly so - I compare every bowl of pho I've ever had since to Phở Hưng's. I come to this location the most now because for me it's more convenient than going downtown, and it never disappoints.
Super friendly staff. Extremely helpful when it comes to understanding the menu. Fair prices, great food.

The food here is disappointing. Portions are stingy, especially considering the high prices. The pho was mostly just a heap of noodles with barely any meat or toppings, and the broth lacked flavour. There’s no real value for the money. Service was unfriendly and unwelcoming — overall, a very inhospitable experience. Not recommended.
