Not disabled friendly. We have been going to this place often but on all occasions they don't bother to open their door for their customer on a wheelchair. They do not have automatic opening door. The worst was that they see customer having a hard time going in out of their restaurant but they are just looking at you. It's always like that so we decided that enough is enough. We will now going to Rua Vang though it's further from where we live. I thought Vietnamese customer service is really that way but when we went to Rua Vang they were running to open the door for us.

I love their Spadina location, when I found out that they had a Mississauga location I was thrilled (close to home). I knew we had to check it out.I had their BÚN BÒ HUẾ (Spicy Hue Style Beef and Pork Soup with Vermicelli) which is absolutely delicious, and flavourful and SODA CHANH MUỐI to drink. My boyfriend had CƠM XÀO XẢ ỚT (Stir Fried Lemongrass and Hot Chili Peppers Curry with Chicken on Rice) along with CÁNH GÀ CHIÊN BƠ (Special Fried Chicken Wings). We absolutely devoured our meal and because we both ordered large, we had enough to takeaway for the next day.The service was awesome, the girl that helped us was so kind and sweet. She kept checking on us to ensure we were enjoying it. Tho I ordered one Soda Chanh Muoi but due to my poor writing skills she thought it was 2 but I didn’t mind taking the second home.I recommend this place to anyone who loves to try new cuisine or just want to have some Vietnamese food, choose this place without a doubt.

We ordered beef PHỞ, BÁNH XÈO CHAY (Vietnamese Pancake), TÀU HỦ CHIÊN (Fried Tofu), red bean smoothie, BÚN ĐẶC BIỆT (Vermicelli and salad bowl), and BÚN XÀO RAO VỚI THỊT (Stir Fried Vermicelli with Mixed Vegetables). The BÁNH XÈO is my absolute favorite. I got the veggie option with Mung beans and tofu. It was a single serving but can feed two. They served it with a heap of lettuce. I thought I would not see the actual food. The stir fried vermicelli was too oily for my preference. I should have mentioned less oil and more veggies. The fried tofu is the usual. They served it with peanut sauce but always ask for the spring roll vinegar condiment as sauce. I have not tasted the PHỞ but my FIL said that it tasted "good" but I think it was too small for him since he ate again when we reached home. Red bean smoothie - it is what it is- just make it a drink. They also offer regular and large options for most of the dishes. If you are hungry, better order the large one.The place is homey. I loved the vibe. It looks like you are at home. Family dinners would be a good fit here. The lady in the counter is very accommodating. She will answer any question you ask her. Customer service is a 4.5.Vegetarian options: They have a lot of vegetarian options

This is one of our regular joints for pho and Vietnamese dishes. Overall it's a decent place for a good hot bowl of noodles, rice dish, and fresh rolls. I do like their fermented fish broth noodles. If you are looking for an alternative to the classic beef pho, I recommend trying this. they also added a nice crunchy touch to the fresh rolls which we really like. Consider ordering if you plan to visit.
