I was really excited to try this sandwich for the 1st time but it was so disappointing, we'll never be back. We ordered 2 cheesesteak sandwiches. Person on the grill asked if my husband wanted to make it a combo 'it's only $1.00 more'. That was a lie, as when my husband asked why $3 more when he had said $1, the man proceeded to argue with my husband about it. My hubby gave up- it was only $3. Then we go to eat our sandwiches- the oil was old!!! It gave the sandwich a funky taste. I couldn't eat mine. I'm worried we'll get sick from it. A seriously important aspect of your business and you cheap out and don't change the oil? Appalling.

I spent $15CAD and waited for almost 10 minutes (being the only customer at that moment) for an extremely mediocre medium sandwich with non-fresh vegetables, that you can prepare yourself at home, way better, for way less money and way less time. This is suppose to be a chance to enjoy a good steak cheese sandwich but not here. Now I am hungry again

Came here last weekend I was in the neighborhood and wanted to try this place for the 1st time. I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich with Fries and a pop cost me with tip $27 for a 12inch sandwich combo. The restaurant was nice and clean, the staff were friendly, I was kinda surprised they didn't have Steak meat already prepared it took over 10 minutes for the order to be cooked and I was the only one there. Other than that the sandwich tasted great, and the fries were nice and crispy.

I ordered for the first time via a delivery app. The food came to me fresh and warm. I was pleasantly intrigued by the flavour of both the poutine and the cheese steak. It is evident you really care about the quality of dishes you put out for your customers.

This review is for the Southdown location. I am thankful for them to read the notes on my 1am Uber order and fulfil my request hence 5 stars for service. Rest this is a place which is open till 2am selling 'cheap' food made with the 'lowest' quality ingredients. Taste will be a hit/miss.
