Pho Black Bull offers good food with excellent quality meat. The CƠM GÀ NƯỚNG dish was a delightful surprise with rich flavors. The PHỞ ĐẶC BIỆT was out of this world, yummy, and delicious. The hot stone pho bowl is small but worth trying, and the iced Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk is a must-not-miss. A bit pricey but definitely recommended to try at least once.
