The portion in the shrimp fried spring rolls has decreased by 50% in the last year. They don’t give generous topping and no sriracha for your pho. I’ve ordered at least 20 times from here but honestly I think I’m done.

Since they changed new ownership . The restaurant is no longer the same . I walked in with my family they didn’t even bother greeting us . Slam the menu on the table with out a hello . Waited forever for food to come . Once food came out the pho broth was so dark and salty .The bbq pork with vermicelli was dry that my daughter didn’t finish it . The grilled chicken on broken rice was also dry and tasted slimy like it already gone bad . In all horrible food . We use be their regular customer with the old owner but we won’t be back never again . Bad food and no customer service !

I have been to this restaurant for over 2 years and my experience has been consistent: awesome food and excellent customer service. The portions are generous and the place has a very positive vibe. There's ample seating and the owner is a very friendly, down to earth humble person. My favorite place for Vietamese food in the GTA area!

horrible experience with take out, waited more than an hour and still didn't get my order. Other guest came but dine in so they prioritize serving tables than take out. DO NOT DO TAKE OUT FROM HERE!!!

Tried Phở Brothers Mississauga and it did not disappoint! 🍜💯 The phở broth is rich and flavorful, beef was super tender, and portions are big! Cozy spot with fast service — perfect comfort food.

I have been coming to this restaurant for over 3 years, and it’s consistently excellent. The food is always well-prepared, clean, & with generous portions. The owner is incredibly friendly—just a genuinely kind and humble person who makes you feel welcome every time. They've always been very accommodating with allergy requests, which I really appreciate. It’s clear they care about their customers. My go to place for Vietnamese food. Highly recommend!
I love this place whenever we drove down to the west. We always end up grabbing our food here. Tom yum soup and the fried spring rolls are always our go to. Today we dined in. They're very generous with their vegetables for my pho, the broth is always good and tasty.

Absolutely Disgusted with how the owners treats it's customers! We had a large group and they couldn't figure out the bill we all paid and they are insisting we need to pay MORE!! The owner kept insisting to charge us more then what is billed!!! I've been going here for years and this is the last time I will come here. They want every penny even for stuff you didn't order!! Stay very clear for unnecessary charges you don't want on your bill. Everytime we come there is no customers in the store we know why now!! There is much better pho places who actually care about the customers. For the owner to demand a tip for them not even checking on us once to see how it is then demand a bigger tip Last time I checked it's up to the customer based on service how much to tip not based on what the OWNER wants!!! Stay clear of this hell hole of a restaurant.
