Food is good, but the people especially the owner are not friendly. They don't smile. If only they exerted enough effort to smile a bit, I would have given him and his employees a higher rating. After several dine ins, I decided tonight, Sept. 25, 2024 will be the last time I am dining there.

Tried this place after going to I love pho 2 and pho hung down the street and this restaurant is better. The soup arrived fast but they forgot the mango shake and had to call a waiter to remind them. They were busy so they probably forgot. They also offer medium rare beef which most other places don't. The hand dryer in the washroom also wasn't working properly

Wanted to have a light snack and found this one. It was not too busy as it was past lunchtime, but I had to call the attention of the server to place an order. He was trying to clean up the tables, I think he might’ve been rushed to get things done quickly, missing out a lone customer. Got my order and I was pleased with it, but as I looked closer, the green leaves on the soup had brown edges. Overall, I liked it. I ordered another one to bring home.

A decent bowl of pho. Broth a bit on the thin side. I'm glad I tried it. Extra star for very friendly and quick service.

Extremely satisfied with this place. Although it's some distance to where I live I keep coming back. They don't cheap out on their take out portion that's what I really love about it. It is expected that take out is smaller than the in-house serving, but their take out is not far off different in size and amount. Food is excellent, staff is friendly, atmosphere is fantastic

Best pho soup ever! I’ve tried so many in the GTA but this pho is definitely the best one. Their beef broth is so good. I also love their crispy fried pork spring rolls, amazing.
