Stopped by after work and the food was delicious and the staff were very nice! I love how they give you a small bowl of pho to have along with a rice meal. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

This was my first time visiting the restaurant, and it will definitely be my last. Before coming, I had read several reviews warning about the staff’s attitude, but I still decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, everything people said turned out to be true. THE SERVICE – ESPECIALLY FROM a MIDDLE-AGED WOMAN – WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. The way she spoke to customers and served the food was unprofessional and impolite. The food itself did not meet expectations at all and was not worth the price or the positive reviews from some sources. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this place think twice before going.

Ordered off uber eats and I have been doing so for more than 2 years. The portion sizes of the noodles have consistently been shrinking with increasing prices and I only received a meager amount of vegetables for two portions of noodles. I originally liked this so much that I even pay an additional delivery fee to eat this. Greatly disappointed and won’t be ordering again from this restaurant.

This place was our favorite. But today, their grilled chicken tastes like it was cooked using an old oil. The grilled shrimp is also cold and so with its sauce. Didn't bother telling them as we decided not to come back anymore.

Self proclaimed pho connoisseur here… I’ve been eating at Vietnamese restaurants for most of my life and this spot is an amazing staple, which I’ve visited for atleast 10 years…so this review is well overdue!
Their claim to fame is delicious slow simmered broths, perfectly seasoned meats and fresh, generously portioned veggies to adorn most dishes. Whether you’re craving a hot pho on a cold day or you want a noddle bowl in the summer, it’s the perfect spot for some good eats! I’ve always had amazing, consistent meals here. It’s somehow so much better than the brampton location! Keep up the great work!😍

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.... have heard about this place for like 15 years and was like ehhhhhh bc I wasn't a big soup person. A beef broth soup will change your life haha. I have only been going to the Kitchener location in the past couple years (and has been my spot when I'm in the area) and had to try this. Let me tell you, if I'm craving pho, this is my spot!
