Self proclaimed pho connoisseur here… I’ve been eating at Vietnamese restaurants for most of my life and this spot is an amazing staple, which I’ve visited for atleast 10 years…so this review is well overdue!
Their claim to fame is delicious slow simmered broths, perfectly seasoned meats and fresh, generously portioned veggies to adorn most dishes. Whether you’re craving a hot pho on a cold day or you want a noddle bowl in the summer, it’s the perfect spot for some good eats! I’ve always had amazing, consistent meals here. It’s somehow so much better than the brampton location! Keep up the great work!😍

The pho is good but stopped coming here as much because the portion of greens and beansporouts provide is so minimal. Please don't be so frugal with the bean sprouts and leaves.

I use to love this pace as the flavour was intense and the portions were good. The staff never talk to you and never smile.
I was just there and found the noodles were really thick and the portion was smaller than before and the service was as bland as always.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.... have heard about this place for like 15 years and was like ehhhhhh bc I wasn't a big soup person. A beef broth soup will change your life haha. I have only been going to the Kitchener location in the past couple years (and has been my spot when I'm in the area) and had to try this. Let me tell you, if I'm craving pho, this is my spot!

Actually the food are great; the service is good and the atmosphere is nice but unfortunately, after 6 pm the pho noodle soup will be tasteless because water is added to the broth. Terrible.

Ordered a large pho and spring rolls. Portion sizes were good and the prices were great. The peanut sauce that came with my spring rolls were so good I had to drizzle what remaining sauce I had left over my absolutely decimated spring roll. This meal was good enough to make me forget about ordinary differential equations.

I've been ordering from here for a few years now. Unfortunately the beef broth has become diluted and not as flavorful as it used to be. With completion so high in this area, I would recommend they focus on bringing back that amazing broth.
Will try again in a year to see if it's changed and update my review.
Food is good but the consistency of the pho lack a-little because there were a couple of times that I ate pho there and the broth is very tasty and sometimes have no taste at all. I guess it depends on the day if you are lucky or not to eat tasty pho.
