Pho Dau Bo Restaurant

I've been coming to this restaurant for years and I've tried a lot of different pho places. I honestly really like the taste of their broth better than a lot of other places I've tried, and I've tried a lot.

The food is good and I would argue the portions they give you are a lot better than other places. This is honestly my go to spot for pho and I think others would enjoy the taste.

Food arrived cold. Had to spend 15 minutes microwaving everyone's order. Driver showed up with food on the floor and front seat. No thermal bag.

The workers are rude and the containers come half full now. I’ve been coming here for years and the service has definitely changed! Not impressed and will definitely not return! Try another spot.

They can’t comfortably seat groups more than 6 people at a table but they are fast and friendly, the vermicelli & phö was delicious

This is the pho dau bo I go to now. I've been to most of the other pdb franchises in the GTA/Golden horseshoe. This is the one I like the most.
The pho is consistently delicious and the shrimp rolls are fresh!

Pho Dau Bo is honestly one of the best spots in the city. The soup is incredibly flavorful, rich, and comforting — you can tell it’s made with care. The food comes out fresh, the portions are generous, and everything tastes authentic

The FOUR of us tried to order our meals. The server just took three orders and walked away! Very rude! I would never recommend this place. We walked out and took our business elsewhere.

Too bad for this restaurant. Today will be my last day spending my $$$ here. Due to the very poor customer service I will spend my money elsewhere. There is a great Pho place in the Heartland area with great food & service.
Get rid of that rude woman and your restaurant will turn around. Learn some customer service

Would rate 0 if I could. It was my 2nd time coming to this restaurant. The first time I had their pho, broth wasn’t hot. It was just warm. Decided to give it another try today and was glad that the broth was hot enough. Fresh spring rolls were also skinny. What made the experience worse is that the lady owner doesn’t care about proper hygiene! I asked for a take-out container for my spring rolls and before handing it to me, she let out a HUGE SNEEZE ONTO THE CONTAINER and proceeded to give them to me! Very disgusting. Ended up throwing out the spring rolls. Would never go back.

We ate today at this location, I ordered the rice with grilled chicken and pork chop. It was so disappointing the pork chop is so thin same as the chicken. I love PHO and been to different pho restaurants but this location ah, I will never comeback.
