Visited Pho 99 after picking up $37 worth of food and simply asked for a cup of water to go. They still refused unless I paid one dollar for tap water. Extremely disappointing and not something I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant before. Won’t be returning because of this poor customer service

Pho 99 is our go to place for Pho. We enjoy the consistency of the food over time. The prices are great and on the lower side. I usually get the B6 and put of the many times I've had it, only once has the crispy spring roll been a little undercooked. The staff has always been kind, even at the busiest of times. Hope you enjoy it and your experience their is as great as ours has been.

Came here with my girlfriends for a girls brunch. I got the pork and shrimp wonton soup which was amazing 10/10. I also got the stir fry satay chicken on thick noodles (W4). It states on their menu that it’s supposed to be spicy but it wasn’t. If it was spicy it would have been amazing.
We kept having to find the waiter to ask for little things like water, extra napkins which is which I gave the service a 4 star
Other than that it’s a nice quiet place to catch up with your girls if you want some authentic pho as well

I’ve only ordered online but I’m obsessed with the Chicken Noodle soup. This soup broth talks to my SOUL, it’s incredible good. I always get it when I’m sick and now pregnant it’s amazing especially when I’ve been nauseous. Very flavourful! Thank you 🙏🏼

Food is good and clean but since after covid, they removed all sauces and chopsticks and spoons from the table. Other restaurant bring back everything on the table but not this one. Very uncomfortable.
