There is so much good things to say about this place. The hospitality feels like home, the taste is incredible, the service is amazing. I will always come here when I’m craving some delicious Vietnamese food. I highly recommend visiting

Haven't been to this location in a while and glad to see it is still here.
Came on Sunday, later lunch. Good to see place is still busy and didn't have to wait too long to get seated.
Food is still great and value still there even though all prices have increased across.
What didn't come through was the service being slow in general and asking for items repeatedly. I know costs are high but they don't leave the chopsticks and sauces at table like others, but then they barely give you any napkins and such a small side of sauce that's already half sriracha and half hoisin.
Maybe it's how they keep the value there, but pinching on too many things not worth it IMO.

Every time I come to Phi Mu 99, I’m treated so well - even when it’s just for takeout! I’m not super consistent about coming in, so I don’t think the staff even remembers me, but that just goes to show how high they keep their standards. The service is always outstanding. David, goes above and beyond every time - he explains the menu, gives great suggestions, and makes you feel truly cared for. On top of that, the food is always fresh, flavorful, and made with care. This place is a gem, and I truly love it!

I think the food was above expectation. I liked it very much. My children liked it too. I found the service a little bit unattentive. For example, they brought the food and no plates and after that we figured it out we also don't have napkins. Now that it matters too much, but the teacup stayed open for 20 minutes and nobody cared to ask if we want a refill. It was Sunday afternoon so I suppose people are tired. No big deal at the end of the day you go to these restaurants to enjoy their food first of all and on that I was very impressed

Every time I visit my dentist I will also have meal at this place just down the road. The fried chicken wings and vermicelli with grilled pork slices and roll are delicious always.

The pho and tom yum were both really flavorful, but the deep fried chicken was the standout, crispy, juicy, and perfectly seasoned (I got the spicy salted one). Service was quick and friendly too. Definitely coming back!
I've been frequenting this pho place for 2 years. I've tried a variety of their dishes. They're pretty good with their thai dishes too. Had their pad thai and chicken with rice curry. Their vitnamese rice dishes were of course just as good too. I love their iced coffee with condensed milk too! Will defenitely stick with this restaurant for my thai/viet cravings

I got vermicelli with shredded pork skin and it was pretty good! They have deep fried frogs so I want to try that next time 👀

Solid Win!! Not only is the place immediately welcoming (clean door, clean appearance inside, firendly staff) but the staff actually SPEAK CLEAR ENGLISH!!! What a treat! I love enjoying ethnic food, but not being able to engage with the staff and ask questions about what they serve because they don't speak the national language is a real negative. The serving staff were engaging, made recommendations, joked with us, and met all of our needs/requests with pleasure. Every item that showed up was DELICIOUS!!! I will be back here many times - been raving to everyone I can nonstop since we left! Also, entering the washroom area was a surprise - it was well scented and CLEAN! Seriously - these are the simplest of things to create a positive experience and Pho Mi 99 knocked it out of the park with a stellar grand slammer.
