Literally the best homemade bubble tea in Mississauga. Such a large range of options for drinks. Some include addy soft serve and bit of shaved ice. Personal fav is their green tea matcha me and my girl are always here every week. Their food court has list of good Asian cuisines and an atm right outside their store.

We’ve been buying from them for years now and it’s always been a pleasant experience! The owners are very friendly and the nice quality of their drinks, tapioca, and taho have stayed the same for over a decade. It may be a mix of nostalgia talking, but this place has always been my family’s favourite and we can’t leave the food court without getting something.

This is our go-to place for Taho! The tapioca is freshly cooked, reasonable priced and the lady (owner) is very nice and sweet.

Don’t care what anyone says this is my favorite lady, I always get fishballs and Taho. She’s very nice and I’ll always drive out here for her. Prices have changed over the years which is what I think those other reviews are but overall she’s great!

The lady here tried to scam me by charging extra when I ordered a medium Taho. She then got upset with me for calling her out and berated me in front people in the food court. If this is how they run a business I don’t want to support them. Seems like there’s a bunch of reviews mentioning the same issue, seems like she’s very unethical.
Trash tea shop. Just making up their prices when you order something. Confirm your price before ordering, though I wouldn't order anything from them. They will try to charge you more and add on more $$$ even if your drink is supposed to come with a particular topping.

These guys sell everything! You need ramen? They make! You want banh Mi? They oblige! No problem! Their tapioca balls are not good though. I only go here when eating at House of Pepper because they sell their pop for $1 while the other food stalls sell them for $1.50. There! That's your tip of the day.

They don't post the correct prices, so you end up paying more than what's displayed once your order is ready. Ordered banh mi and the lady gave us random meat balls stuffed in the bun, and a mango shake that was just left at the counter while she was busy chatting and assisting her friends even if we came in first. 45 minutes to an hour wait for a shake and a couple of banh mi. Overall quality and service is poor and very questionable. Never again.
