I had a chicken shawarma from this place that tasted good at first, but my entire experience was ruined when I found a hair in the last bite. When I showed it to the staff, the response was shockingly dismissiveâhe just said, âI donât know where it came fromâ and offered no apology or solution until I pointed out it clearly wasnât mine. Even then, he just gave a half-hearted âsorryâ and left it at that. No offer of a refund or replacement, no concern for the hygiene issueâjust a lack of professionalism and complete disregard for customer experience. This place clearly doesnât prioritize cleanliness or care about its customers. Iâll never be returning and definitely wonât recommend it to anyone. Terrible service, questionable hygiene. Avoid at all costs.
