I had a chicken shawarma from this place that tasted good at first, but my entire experience was ruined when I found a hair in the last bite. When I showed it to the staff, the response was shockingly dismissive—he just said, “I don’t know where it came from” and offered no apology or solution until I pointed out it clearly wasn’t mine. Even then, he just gave a half-hearted “sorry” and left it at that. No offer of a refund or replacement, no concern for the hygiene issue—just a lack of professionalism and complete disregard for customer experience. This place clearly doesn’t prioritize cleanliness or care about its customers. I’ll never be returning and definitely won’t recommend it to anyone. Terrible service, questionable hygiene. Avoid at all costs.
