I am furious. Ordered 3 pitas through Uber Eats. One pita was missing dressing alltogether- the dressing is why i order it. I even put a note on the order to have them put on some extra…. It’s a garden pita with veggies in a pita bread. The other 2 pitas were also dry - they put 2 drops of dressing. The one pita was for my daughter and because there was no way to pay for extra avocado i paid for haloumi and asked them to put avocado instead - i want to pay for my service and i am honest. So when i ask for some extra sauce …. It’s the reason why I order from you as a vendor. Goodbye Rathburn PitaPit that is all I can say.

Seating area often dirty. Like others, we don't blame the staff. Most often only 1 person working so they handle cash, cooking, etc. It gets busy.To the owner, for safety reasons alone... have 2 staff there. Hope you pay them well as the staff are fantastic. If the long wait as only one staff member present, you will keep losing people coming as you can only wait so long. Again.. not the staff's fault.

I ordered online- when I arrived the clerk informs me that 1) they do not have what i ordered l2)she tried calling to inform me 3) shes given me extra free cheese as a substitution?!The problems are 1) i do not want extra free cheese in substitute for the halloumi cheese i ordered and paid $6 for2) the number that called me was from manitoba with no name ….. i didn’t answer bc i dont answer unknown, out of province calls.3) refuses to refund me……..says i need to go through Uber.Could have saved myself 45 minutes and just stayed home where I would still be hungry but far less irritated.Edit to add: uber refunds me only $6, the price of the cheese, so i paid $14, for nothing.
