I had a chicken souvlaki wrap because it was on special. First, they are a bit stingy with their toppings. Second they put the wrap on the grill but the bottom of the grill is covered in foil. Heating foil with food is unhealthy. As well the foil side didn't really brown but the top side burnt. I couldn't eat the wrap because it didn't taste good, so I opened it and ate the chicken and the little bit of salad with a fork. The chicken was bland and really didn't taste good. I was very disappointed. I should say I have tried the falafel here too. It's okay, not great. Definitely better than the chicken but nothing memorable. I have tried this place three times and this was my last time. I will not go back.

Love this spot. Been coming to this location for years and it is still the same even though they moved. Same people and same food. The shawarma sandwiches are loaded with protein which makes it very delicious. The owners/staff were very kind and friendly. I would also add, the price is very reasonable for what you get.

I’ve been to Pitas and Grill twice, the food is good but both experiences were extremely disappointing due to the rude behavior of the staff, especially the owner an older man and the two women working in the kitchen. During my first visit, I was briefly seated while on a call and the owner started shouting at me to leave if I wasn’t ordering, despite only being there for 5 minutes. It was embarrassing and unnecessary. Out of respect for his age, I said nothing and left quietly. I gave them a second chance, but unfortunately, they were just as disrespectful to my colleague. It’s shocking how little regard they have for basic customer service. I won't be returning.

A secluded place with average flavor and price; Although the portions are large, it is not difficult to know what to choose, and not to mention that everything lacks unique seasoning. It would not be a place that I think would be worth visiting, unless you are passing through and everything is closed

i had the chicken shawarma today. it was good - it was nicely stuffed with chicken. worth the money-
I ordered a Saj wrap and was disappointed when they pulled out tortilla flat bread for the wrap... The sandwich also costs $15 with tax and not worth it. The service is friendly and fast. It's a decent place if you order other things on the menu I guess, lots of corporate people go here for lunch.

Only been twice, the chicken shwarma wrap was excellent the fires and gravy was good but not a lot of fries for the price. Went back for lunch today and the server said she was sorry about the amount of fries I got the last time I was there and today she was giving me the fries for free. Excellent customer service! Thank you!
