The food here and customer service was exceptional and I love the location . One thing I find very saddening is that is was extremely hot in the store and when I asked the gentleman who made us great pizza if I could leave him a tip or if he got the tips he said that the tips don’t go to the employee. These days people are struggling to pay bills , and tips can be essential for people. I find it very disappointing that the employees at this establishment are working hard and on extreme heat and The owners and management are taking all of the tips. In accordance with Ontario law that is actually not allowed and I’ll be reaching out to head office as I feel bad for the staff that are under appreciated .
I think this needs to be looked at.

Salt and pepper wings are awesome. Best wings out of any pizza place and highly rival wing restaurants imo. That said, if you're looking for pizza, just about ANY other local franchise or private pizza restaurant makes a better pie for less. This joint used to be 5 stars. Not sure why management let it slip so bad. Good luck to them.

Not going back ; This franchise location has no passion for making a delicious pizza. It's pure business and trying to save pennies - on toppings , cheese sauce etc.
Have been there times and this time even requested to pls make a good pizza with better toppings and cheese all around the sides.
But, what came was a cardboard with less toppings and no flavour.
When we asked why we can't even see the onions, the person working replied to us we usually don't put much toppings...
Well thanks for being honest. But,..not sure that that means?. Like toppings are something you don't like putting to save on groceries?

Lester is amazing! I always come in and order the walk in large cheese special, he greets me with a smile and makes me feel welcome in the store. If you're in the area I would definitely recommend coming by Panago and ordering a take out pizza for yourself.

Recently placed an order for a work lunch for over 50 people. The call centre staff is excellent. They accommodated all the dietary restrictions that we had, and went above and beyond.
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian pizza was excellent
Dietary restrictions: They had Halal options and had a good selection of vegan options as well
