Order oizza came woth not tamper seals came almost 2 hours later all dry with no tamoer seal called the oalce and got the run around from saying i didn’t order from their then finally they said they found the order before they said the uber driver cancelled the order and now i have 2 pizza sitting here and they wont come pick them up absolutely BS
And i got charged for the oizzas 61 bux

I order large pizza with three toppings ( cheese, green peppers, onion) as per it shown in offer price was $12.99 but their staff told me that i have to pay extra for cheese because cheese was counted as two toppings 😂😂😂😂 LOL . What's that shit, seriously, cheese equals to two toppings.

2025Very bad service at 7460 airport road, malton location i did a mobile order after 30 minutes when i went there to pick my order they said our tab not working we did not got your order no apologize nothing. Than cashier said it will take 5 to 7 minutes again i wait for 15 minutes than they gave me pizza very bad experience i will never come back at pizza fiamma .

Pizza was so delicious and I appreciate with the service of a girl priyanka and she was so nice.
"I’m extremely disappointed with the service. The staff tried to overcharge us by claiming that paneer counted as two dipping sauces—an obvious attempt to squeeze out an extra $2. This kind of dishonesty is unacceptable. Customers aren’t fools, and we expect fair pricing and transparency. Won’t be returning if this is how they operate."

Absolutely unacceptable! I placed an order for a pizza yesterday and canceled it literally seconds after placing it. Yet, I was charged a $36 cancellation fee because they claimed they had already started preparing the order and that it was “ready.” How is that even possible within seconds? This is clearly a scam to take money from customers. I didn’t receive anything, and their so-called policy is ridiculous. Avoid this place if you value your time and money! Total fraud.

The beaumaris location is way better! Today I ordered from this location for the first time, and I'm gonna say it, the owners and management are some cheap people. I had placed an order on Uber and paid for everything, then I got a call from them and they asked me to e-transfer them $2.99 for a topping that wasn't charged, like it was embarrassing. Like who calls someone to ask for an e-transfer after everything is done and paid for. Any smart business person would just let it go. This girl pressed me and made me write down the email address and made me send an e-transfer. It looked super bad on them. Like they didn't even give the uber driver the food til I sent the $2.99 even tho I told her I'd send it but don't let the pizza sit there and get cold. I had family and friends over and they all laughed at and made fun of the pizza place for calling for a $2.99 e-transfer.
