The pizza was extremely disappointing. It was drowning in tomato sauce, had almost no cheese, and arrived ice cold. Honestly, it was hard to even swallow a bite.
Service: I waited over 90 minutes to receive my order. After that, I spent 45 minutes on hold trying to reach the store, and then the call went to voicemail. Completely unacceptable service.
Request: I kindly ask for a refund because the food quality and service did not meet even the basic standards. I paid for a proper meal and timely delivery, but what I received was the opposite.

The 3 stars are strictly for the service - the gentleman that was taking orders and also cutting up the pizzas and packaging was great. We ordered the pasta and pizza, the pizza had literally 5 pieces of small chicken on it, Pizza Hut has to be THE WORST with toppings, they might as well add nothing. The pasta was decent, it tastes even better as left overs.

The delivery person says, we do not deliver in the condos. We have to go down and collect the pizza. This is weird, even after paying for delivery charges I had to go down to take the order. I am never ordering from this store again.
