I'm at a hotel near dundas and 427. They won't deliver here. This is crazy. Can't answer the reason why. Have lost my buisness as I'm hungry and waited on hold 2 times for over 10mins just to be told they won't deliver here. They are 1km away. I can't understand the reason why. Bye bye Pizza Hut, found a mom and pops pizza place and it's 100X better. Gonna loose a lot of buisness but doesn't seem you care... I'm shocked...

This location never disappoints.... Food is always hot and good portions... I mean It's just fastfood but the quality is always there and the staff are super nice and accommodating at the store... Even their drivers are very polite and know what they're doing.... I have locations closer to me but I go out of my way to order from this location mostly

I’ve been a long-time customer of Pizza Hut, but unfortunately, this location has really gone downhill recently. The pizza I received was soggy and undercooked, with cheese portions that were so small they barely covered the pizza. It was disappointing to see such a lack of care put into something that used to be great.
The boneless bites were just as bad, with little to no sauce on them, making them dry and tasteless. This used to be my go-to spot for pizza, but after this experience, I’m not sure I’ll be returning. I hope the management takes note and makes some serious improvements. Why?

This is my go-to Pizza place. They always provide fresh ingredients and great customer service. I love the employees because they are always so kind, especially the young lady who is at the front somedays. Sughandah always greets me and my kids with politeness and never disappoints me in any way. I recommend getting one of those pepperoni melt, definitely my favorite.
