We placed a large order of 11 personal combo pizzas, all different kinds for each person. Everything was correct, very hot, and tasted amazing. Everyone was happy and said the box deal was a great price. The staff were very friendly and wonderful to deal with, and they packed everything very well for us.

Extremely unprofessional, i ordered pizza around 10 pm Saturday and never received my ordered ,got a call from store that the driver has delivered to the wrong address , reordered and still doesn’t received my order as driver said he doesn’t find any parking close to our building he cannot deliver and taking the pizza back , called store almost 50 times and no answer.I’m extremely upset and would like to speak to the Manager . They were absolutely unbelievable. I told them clearly that I don’t eat pork and asked them to replace all the pork with beef. And guess what? They still added bacon. When I called to ask why, the guy actually said, “I already changed the pork to beef. You didn’t tell me to change the bacon.” Are you serious? How does a store employee not know that BACON is pork? They refused to admit they were wrong, kept making excuses, and even talked back to me with a horrible attitude. This is honestly ridiculous and completely disrespectful.

They refused to refund my pizza because they left it outside on the porch without notifying me and it was freezing both my pizzas were garbaged and then I called the restaurant the manager is refusing to answer my call and the Indian girl who picks the call is the meanist , rudest and the worst restaurant employee I've ever had a conversation . I don't know why they even these kind of girls who doesn't even know how to talk to somebody she is not even picking my call because she knows he gonna make a complaint against me I am gonna file a complaint against you guys for this kind of service specifically the employees and the manager

I usually order from this Pizza Hut location on Burnhamthorpe, and overall it’s been a solid experience. The pizza is consistently good, and service is generally quick — only on a couple of occasions did I have to wait a bit longer. I usually place online orders for pickup, which is convenient. One small issue is that sometimes items listed online aren’t actually in stock (for example, I once ordered Brisk but they only had Pepsi). The store did call to let me know, which I appreciated, but it would be better if the online menu stayed updated. Otherwise, it’s been a reliable spot and I’ll keep coming back.

somehow food came 2 hours later and it barely had toppings. should've trusted the reviews.
Last week I had a couple of friends over. I ordered two pizzas. The first was a bacon and pepperoni pizza and the other was a Canadian. I also ordered bread sticks and some boneless wings. I placed this order at 6:15. They said the order would be there between 6:50 and 7:10. I didn't get my pizza until 7:55. Now, their staff was apologetic, but in the end I got nothing that I wanted and cold food. The first pizza that I ended up getting was a vegetarian and the other was a meat pizza of some kind. I then got about 20 bread sticks that were cold and dessert that I did not care for nor did anyone that I invited over wanted.
I did ask customer service to reach out and to provide a refund. I have not heard back since.

Great staff, quick service, fresh food! We came for a quick lunch expecting it to be a dine-in restaurant. We only realized the place has no dine-in option when we arrived. We ended up picking up our order and ate in the parking lot close by.
