I had an absolutely terrible experience at this Pizza Hut location. I tried calling ahead multiple times to place an order, but no one answered the phone. Frustrated, I decided to go to the store in person, and things somehow got even worse.
While I was in the store, I called the number again right in front of them, and I saw the staff put the phone on silent when it started ringing. This was beyond unprofessional and showed a blatant lack of respect for customers. They clearly didn’t want to serve me and made no effort to provide assistance or take my order.
This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. A business should at least provide basic customer service, like answering the phone or helping in-store customers. I will not be returning to this location, and I urge others to avoid it as well.

We ordered pizza on November 1 through Pizza Hut App. So we received Pizza around 10:40 PM,
First of all I mentioned “side door entrance and call on arrival” driver did call and i was waiting at side door,but he was sitting inside his car. Then i walk towards his car to get the pizza and i was surprised from his Rude behaviour.
Secondly both pizzas was undercooked and the toppings was not we spread. I tried calling customer service but no one responded and i did online review. So i throw the both pizzas in garbage. I wish I had taken some pictures i can post it this review. I was expecting a call from Pizza Hut next day but i no one called. Then i called on November 3 and explained everything over the phone and the Girl who answered my phone was very polite and apologies for all and she offered me a free pizza for next time.
So i ordered a pizza today to redeem my free pizza and instead of delivery I preferred to pickup from store, when i was at the store the Lady who gave me a pizza ( might be owner) asked me about that issue so I explained her in short but then she was taking delivery driver side and told me that he called me 3-4 times and telling me that driver was working at store from last 12 years and they never had an issue with him and tried to blamed me that i have a bad network in basement which sounds funny to me because I’m living at my current address from 4 year and I never had an issue before. Then she asked me about the pizza and I explained everything and that i end up throwing that pizza in garbage, she was like you shouldn’t do this and supposed to call at the store which they didn’t answered that day.
The lady made me feel like that i did this all for a purpose just to get 1 FREE pizza which was ridiculous.I don’t recommend this location at all.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION, placed an order for pizza and wings, the wings were Raw, called to get a refund, manager says no, not their policy, offered us more wings, why would I want more wings if you couldn’t make the first set correctly, food safety inspection need to be done at this location as they do not know how to cook chicken.
This was not the first time I ordered here. The last time I ordered from here I ordered 4 pizzas and 3 were supposed to be vegetarian. When I picked up and brought it home I had chicken on all of my pizzas. When I called they made me go back and exchange the pizzas. They did absolutely nothing to rectify the problem.
The pizza was not sliced in pie shape. The cuts were not made through center. It's just bizarre

I love Pizza Hut. But what I don’t understand is why it’s sooo expensive compared to other Pizza Outlets. A large pizza cost me $28 dollars when I get this for under $15 in most outlets.

Very scarsely spread toppings on pizza and little cheese...corners of pizza empty no topping on some slices at all...once you pay them they wont refund you or fix your order and make new pizza..dont go to this store just for the pizza hut brand...inside working employees are all Desi cheap asians who are by default not meant to deliver good service and Manager is extra Rude too..avoid this location third Grade Customer Service
